- Reviews:Everyone very nice and very helpful with my insurance needs.By Eric Goede (2 months ago)Went in to obtain an International Driver’s License and found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. They did not pressure me to become a AAA member, but did let me know that the cost of the licence ($20) could be applied to a new membership, if I chose to join. Overall a great experience here.By Scott Neader (3 years ago)Disappointed they done have maps or trip tics. Everything onlineBy Sandi Miller (4 months ago)Can say only great things about this place! Very helpful, polite, and professional people work here! We already booked a few trips through AAA Onalaska and are very happy with the experience. Special thanks to Alex who has helped us tremendously with booking our last trip. We are extremely impressed with his professionalism and patience.By Irina Andreeva (4 years ago)I was nervous when I went to AAA in Onalaska this morning. I am going to Scotland soon and needed questions to be answered. I needed to apply for a AAA credit card, help in setting up a airline ticket to get to Chicago, questions on where to go for exchanging money, and a map of the Chicago airport. Kathryn Stevens asked me what information I needed and she would help me with everything. She was so pleasant and walked me through everything I needed. She covered everything for me and by the time I walked out I felt so relieved. I thank her for all her help and making me feel so relaxed nowBy Cindy Wawrzyn (3 years ago)

As a La Crosse resident I’ve done the Queen twice this summer. Both times were great! This is an excellent activity if you are coming from out of town or if you have family coming to visit. I have done the sightseeing cruise because it’s informative and interesting to learn about La Crosse and the Mississippi. The sightseeing cruise is also very family friendly. The staff is friendly, accommodating and willing to answer all your questions.
In town for a few days looking for something to do. Very nice tour but I’d stick with the sightseeing tour. The concessions were a $10 minimum. The brunch even though we didn’t eat it, looked like a pass. The top is by far going to provide the best views. Make sure you pay attention to the weather. Even in warm weather it can bee cool up top with a breeze. Saw lots of turtles and Eagles. Learned a lot from the tour. Its worth doing.
Memorial weekend cruise with the birthday girl. Brunch was ok. But the paddle wheel boat ride was fabulous. Up to the dam and under Route 90. Captain informed us of history along the river. The train rail road carousel sprung open, letting the boat come through. I was impressed. 2 hours of bliss on the Mississippi River.
Great guide on 11:00 a.m. sightseeing cruise (Brandon). Polite staff, interesting history and facts, smooth river ride!
Fantastic experience, great time, great food, great service! Went on the Saturday dinner cruise, even though it was raining; it was still a wonderful time & experience.
