The outside of my car will be cleaned good. They do not do the inside well. I had a membership and canceled it. I went their 3 times in one month and each time my vehicle’s inside was not vacuumed properly and there was always streaks on my dash. Sometimes the soup or water nozzles are not working properly and I leave the bay with soup on my car because it was not washed from one side or so!
The water you use for rinse is not spot-free and when it’s not dried correctly it leaves spots on my black truck
The air drying doesn’t really dry the car!
I have a pick-up truck (no lift) the employees can’t reach the front windshield, rear window or Hood so I normally have to park aside and do it my self!
The auto wash doesn’t clean wheels, mine are 20 inch wheels and they’re always dirty after the wash.
I highly suggest investing more in maintenance and adding/adjusting the air dryer so you don’t need to have people do the job!
What I like is the hand-applied tire shine, since I have 20 inch wheels they don’t really fit at crew carwash Automatic tire shine so this is great.
One last thing I mentioned comparing to Crew Car Wash (have membership for my other car for over a year) is that their employees are super friendly, always smiling and they really look happy with their job but Prime carwash employees not very friendly, welcoming and rarely saw someone smiling and happy-looking with what they’re doing (please make your employees happy so they reflect that to customers).

Employees are nice and polite but I was absolutely lied to about a 1 time offer for which I paid , signed tablet and got 7 car wash coupons !!
They billed me monthly for 6 months before I realized what’s going on . I contacted the car wash and the manger said “ you signed it ! We have the proof here “.

I came in for a wash, but after seeing the high caliber attention to detail by the crew I purchased the ultimate detail, all those little spots cracks and crevices that we just can’t get at a normal carwash, none overlooked, my detailer cleaned in the vents… Had some blemishes in my clear coat that disappeared, not a water spot on my truck and I drive a big 5500 ram professionally so i know this was a big job. I was in shock to get my truck back looking like the day I purchased it. Best money I have ever spent at a car wash hands down. Thank you Jordan for showing me around the detail bay so I could see for myself. It wasn’t a sale it was a good decision.
This was by far the best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. I wasn’t sure what service I needed to take care and of my rusted rim concern. Following my wash, my rim still appeared very rusted. Jordan and Slater came to the rescue! They not only got my rims clean and shinning, they were kind and patient. I was provided with guidance on what I need to ask for in the future to ensure the thorough clean I want. They truly made me feel like a valued customer and that is what keeps us returning. I’m a single mom of 4. Sparkling Image’s detail center is one of my favorite treats because I spend so much time driving my kids around. Even though it might not last as long as I’d love, getting into a fresh clean car is one of my favorite self-care practices 🙂
Today I carved out a few hours for the express detail service. I noticed the detail wasn’t as pristine as previous services. But when I brought this up to the management and Dee at the front desk, they bent over backwards to make it right- they even offered me a hot dog from their customer service promotion while I waited a little longer.
I was blown away by the response, accountability, and high level of customer service. They were so committed to making sure I left with a positive experience and I hope they are rewarded for their work ethic and kindness!
We love the great service we always receive at sparkling image. We always get their basic full service and you definitely get your moneys worth. For $21 they vacuum out the whole car, spray off my all season mats, wash the car, towel dry, wash the inside windows, and wipe down the dashboard. Sometimes the wait can be long if it is a busy day but after visiting another car wash closer to my house and getting half the service for $30 it makes it worth the wait to have a sparking clean car.
