Tried Mister car wash again today. Still left my running boards with black on them. The attendant said it was from my tires??? Not only that it didn’t get the bugs off the front of my Subaru legacy. Personally I think you get a better wash from the high school kids trying to raise money, and it only cost $5. On the upside, the vacuums are good. If I could use them without having to go through the wash, well that would be nice. Probably won’t go there again. For $15 my car should be clean.

I’ve been using Mister Car Wash for several years. I have a unlimited membership account with 5 vehicles on them. I’ve never experienced this problem before, but the individual who was directing the cars into the car wash was pushing them together very close. When the brushes attempted to get the front of the car behind me, it caught my license plate and started bending the metal. I went back and talked to them after and they basically told me its not their problem. There is a sign saying they are not responsible.

Especially one that was properly affixed to the vehicle and not loose. The mere attitude of the employee who didn’t want to take an accountability and couldn’t find the damage disclaimer above was of no help. They did call the manager and gave me his card, and let him know that I would be calling him, so that he could take all of his calls and block them. First ring and straight to a voicemail box that was not setup. Thanks Justin Almaguer, I appreciate your dedication to your customers.

Been using mister for awhile but lately the quality has dropped maybe bad management, dont clean like it used too, seen another post about how quick it is, maybe they need to slow track down a little and focus on quality, instead of pushing memberships, get quality back memberships will come, sad this the only car was, to bad we can’t get champion down here
Way too much soap. The cars go through the wash too quickly. The rinse cycle is horrible. It appeared that some of the rinse devices were not operating. I ran my car through 2 times. And there were still tons of soap and soap spots located all over my car. This this is why I have champion car wash.
I have to go thru this wash 2 to 3 times to get any sort of clean. Tires are always dirty and it’s running my wheels. I sprayed the wheels and rims before going into the wash and was told I couldn’t. The girl working was reluctant to hear my side to explain that if I didn’t my car would be a mess and they need to make the wash better then if we’re paying for all our vehicles and can’t even get clean. Last time I go there. She was “sweet, sassy and rude”. I won’t be back. I’ll be canceling my memberships and will be going elsewhere so I don’t have to pay your high prices and still have to wash my car by hand before and after still. Bad business practices and even poorer communication standards for employees. Any response to this initiated by the business about spraying my wheels prior versus how you can be better at getting or cars clean and addressing employee attitude are a waste of your time. It’s consistent with the rudeness. No excuses when customers are still nice and get talked down to or get sloppy, careless work.
When you pay they ask you for a tip, making you feel uncomfortable 😣 Also, they don’t provide towels like in other places. And, there are no shades to clean the inside of your car when other Mister Car Wash businesses have shades! There you’re cleaning your car with direct sunlight burning you. How come they charge the same rate? Not recommended
Had an issue with my account after upgrading on the app. Ended up with 3 different packages and charged 3 times for the month. Only needed one package!Contacted staff at n main location and was told everything was corrected. Looked a few days later and still had all 3 charges/packages on the app and bank statements. Went to this location and was told that I would be contacted asap after they contacted management. Never was. Returned a few days later (today) and was helped by Victor. This gentleman wasted no time and was on the phone trying to get me helped. Within 30 minutes he had called me back to tell me he had gotten everything straight. Haven’t got to see if everything is straight just yet, but he showed excellent customer service and got things rolling. Unfortunately we don’t see that too much anymore. Kudos Victor!
