Stopped in today to get the $25 top of the line, ceramic polish something or another wash. It’s $40 if you want that same top tier wash for 30 days with unlimited washes. The attendant told me that they were running a $9.99 per month special for that same unlimited wash for two months. She didn’t have to tell me that, so kudos to her. 1st wash was great. I’ll for sure get my moneys worth out of this deal. Absolutely the worst car wash experience ever. Customers beware!!
I have a brand new car. I thought it’d be nice to get a membership to keep my new car clean. I paid $45 and costs are monthly to get up to a carwash a day.
I get my receipt and drive around to find is a brush wash but there is no easy way to turn around. I thought I’d prefer a brushless option but can it really be that bad…
And my fears became reality as I got home and looking at my car have scratches all over. Still had many bugs on my car too so the wash wasn’t even very good. I spent time with microfiber cloths trying to wipe away what I hoped were smudges but they are definite scratches. Beyond frustrated.
I tried the 3D barcode from the receipt and signed in but it took me nowhere. After setup the link doesn’t even work. I downloaded the app as detailed on the receipt too and it had no association with my monthly account. Lastly no phone number on the receipt. As the next resort searched online and found a number only that nobody answered and has a full mailbox. Thus I couldnt even leave a message.

Love this car wash. First drive through wash that thoroughly gets the waxing and drying down. I like the way rain beads down my windshield so I know they are using product and not just something watered down. Would recommend. I don’t detail my car any more.
Love the washing part of the car wash plus the vacuums. However, their location near Meijer in Bloomington/Normal does not dry the car. Unless I get a rag and hand dry the entire car it is water spotted until the next time I drive through. When I enrolled in one of their plans there was a drying unit at the end of the car wash that actually dried the car. Others have told one of their other locations does a better job. That is great, but I am not willing to waste the gas to drive to the other side of town. May need to cancel membership and look for a car wash that does a better job.
Car wash is very unpredictable. Sometimes all the brushes work and spin as they should most of the time not. Sometimes your vehicle gets soaked in soap and water and sometimes it gets ran through dry. Last time this happened I went in and complained and there only solution was to run it again. It’s funny because after I complained I got the best wash that my truck has ever seen. All brushes worked all soap wan wax dispensers worked. It’s like the operator has control of what settings are used in the carwash and they are purposely turning down the wash. I wish another nearby wash could accommodate my truck but there are none around.
Very turbulent automatic wash, knocked my front license plate half way off; had to buy screws to replace. All of that and my truck wasn’t even cleaned thoroughly for the highest “deal” they have. Still had dirt and smears where there shouldnt have been. I was offered a free wash or coupon deal vs the refund I asked for. Did not and will not go back as I wasn’t willing to risk it this time getting a ding or worse! Do not recommend.
Took my dog to get her a bath. They have everything you need. But you do need to bring your own towels. The water was a great temperature. I washed her with the oatmeal shampoo. You get plenty of time to wash your pooch with $7.00.
