The guy with the brush broke my $300 OEM Chevy glow emblem. It was hanging when I came out the wash. I let them know and he said that they would not cover it even after the broke it. I paid $300 for the part and another $200 for the installation at the chevy dealership. The most insulting thing is the onsite manager had no motivation to try and resolve the issue, even after I told him I wanted to cancel both my subscriptions. Rear tires with no tire shine or entire right side with no tire shine. Brush retracts before rear tire exit tunnel. Then you ask for tire shine at the counter and they give you an empty bottle and they will tell you thats all we have. But my membership includes tire shine. Not happy with the service recently. My car always comes out soapy and the tires always had excessive shine which was flung all over the sides of my car as soon as I left the lot.
I had my membership for 2 months and the final spinning dryer at the end of the wash never worked. It just spins up top without ever dropping down to dry your windshield.
I’ll take my membership elsewhere because it doesn’t seem like much effort is put into running this place.

Very clean and nice car wash but the prices are a little high, see photos. I would have given five stars except they always leave my car windows streaky which is really noticeable once the sun sets.
Love the car wash. I live in st lucie west and bring all my cars here. They should have better deals for members with multiple cars, but overall amazing car wash and they always take care of me!
I left a message on the company voice mail explaining that their idea of sending my truck that got scratched in their car wash to another car wash to get buffed and waxed did not take out the gouges in the paint job or the swirls. I guess I need to contact the better Business bureau so I can get their company insurance information since they don’t want to give that information to me.
One of the best cars wash ever; I’ve been bringing all my vehicles to this place and never have a complaint. The Spanish lady in the front is the sweetest person I have ever met. All these hard workers have been doing a fantastic job. I do recommend this place. I love this place.
They were very good and detailed. They do struggle with pet hair and would benefit from rubber brushes for those issues. However, if you don’t have that issue then no worries. I definitely recommend!!! They did a wonderful job. I will be visiting again.
