Removed an old drum trap, and some rusted steel pipes. Replaced old s trap with p trap. Fantastic work and quick! Jesus was very professional and gave me tips on how to unclog moving forward. Highly recommend.
It was easy to get an appointment and the service tech was very professional and the problem with my toilet was resolved quickly. I’m giving less stars because the service was extremely over priced. The service tech was at my home for less than 30 minutes to snake my toilet. I can understand being charged a large amount if the job takes some time but to me the prices are extreme and I wasn’t told them until the service tech was at my house.
The technician was friendly, did a great job, and was very professional. Went above and beyond.
I would note that they provide the technicians with flat rates for certain jobs but do not publish the rates or provide them in advance of the appointment. I would also note that the company calls in advance of the appointment time to confirm availability, so it is best to keep an eye out for the call.
Very fast and professional technician who was patient and polite with all my questions. The low score is because the company has a policy of not servicing water heaters beyond their warranty, and there was no evaluation of the water heater besides looking at it and telling me it was too old for them to work on. They could have told me that on the phone when I called for the service, so I could save the $90 charge. The tech kindly gave me a small discount. Otherwise it would have been closer to $100. That said, I wouldn’t have booked the service if I knew their policy.
I called these people because my toilet was filling up to the rim. They rodded the toilet and rodded outside. Charged me $500.00 and did not fix the problem. So please ask them 1st, if you don’t fix my problem, do I still have to pay you? I did! I will NEVER RECOMMEND Roto-Rooter to ANYONE, NEVER!!!!
