We requested Adan and made an appointment. The morning of our appointment, Adan sent us a text message letting us know he’d be showing up in 40 minutes. His punctual arrival and immediate professional and friendly personality were notable. After carefully listening to us describe our kitchen faucet problems, he was able to assess what needed to be done and proceeded to explain to us the Focus Plumbing policy and options we needed to agree upon for his service. He spoke clearly, answered our questions and gave us our total cost for what we wanted done. He immediately got to work and before we knew it, he was finished. His estimate was competently priced and he took enough time to answer all of my questions. Since he was leaving on vacation and couldn’t complete my job, without having me wait until he returned, he worked it out with the office to have the owner and another plumber do the job while he was gone. Alex (owner) and Gio arrived at my house to do the the job as promised and the work was completed within a few hours. They cleaned up after themselves and put my landscaping back as best as possible. They sent a technician out right away. The technician was very nice, knowledgeable and honest. I had a slab leak and the company I hired took 3 weeks and left me with holes everywhere and a plumbing mess that didn’t even pass inspection. I am so lucky I found Resolution Plumbing. In just one day they pulled a new permit, fixed everything to code (and then some) at an excellent price. They are conscientious, prompt and very friendly. After the job was done, I couldn’t get the dishwasher to go all the way in. Alex came back the very next day and re-routed the pipes so the dishwasher would fit under the counter. No charge. Now they are helping me find a good drywall company to finish up. I trust Resolution Plumbing. Excellent work, good pricing, good people. Resolution Plumbing was exactly the resolution I needed. Our laundry sink faucet was leaking. Precision Plumbing was fast to respond and provide a quote. They did the work promptly. The plumber they sent Tyler P was a perfectionist. He did an excellent job. This company will be our go to plumbing company for all our future needs. Everybody in the office was a pleasure to do business with. Thank you for taking good care of us.
They’d installed a water heater for me last year and the service was great. Now my water softener went out so I had them come out to see if it could be fixed. It was an expensive unit that I purchased about 6 years ago from Lowe’s which the tech, Jose, mentioned they didn’t have parts for and could not fix. I asked how much a new unit would be and the price of $2,500 with install was given to me which I felt was a bit high. I did call around to some other places and relayed that, and the price came down to $1,800 which was a drastic decrease which I didn’t feel to great about. When I say that it’s because I felt that maybe I was getting price gouged. I decided to go with the $1,800 even though it may have been a little more expensive than the other companies I’d checked with for a similar unit because the work performed previously for me was good. I couldn’t say the same for another company since I’d never used them. I will say that the softening system upgrade has definitely made a difference as I can feel it on my skin for sure. The water feel more slippery than before.
We always call Precision Plumbing for our plumbing needs. Super professional and responsive. This time around Tyler came out to work on my 88 year old father’s toilet. He was wonderful; listened to my dad’s needs and challenges and advised on what to do next. He was kind and super professional. All this while quickly fixing the issue at hand. I’ve never had a bad experience with Precision Plumbing. I would highly recommend the company.

Contacted Precision Plumbing yesterday after having issues with my water heater. Submitted the form around 6:45PM and received a call from Jasmine within a minute. She was able to have a tech come out same day to take a look at our problem. Frank arrived around 7:30-7:40PM, and diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes. He laid out a couple of options for repair or replace and gave the pros and cons of each. We chose to replace the water heater and he completed it that night. So between my initial call around 6:45pm and 10:30PM when Frank finished, we had a new water heater and hot water by 11:15PM. Jasmine and Frank were great and I was blown away by the turn around time. The one knock on the company is that they charge an additional 3% fee if you pay by card. Overall and excellent experience though and will use them again in the future.
