Len the Plumber is the most professional water and plumbing service ever. Immediate customer service, prompt text updates and calls, quick estimates, punctual arrival, fast and clean repairs. Sylvester installed a gas water heater for us previously and even the county inspector was amazed at the professional and beautiful installation. Everything was to code. So I called them back to replace a set of main shutoff valves, pressure regulator, and outside hose bib. He did a fantastic job, and replaced the old PVC pipes to copper with press-fit copper couplings, quarter turn brass valves, etc. tNow they look great and most importantly they work great. I am very happy with the work he did. Thank you!
Our water heater died on Sunday evening. Len the Plumber came Monday at 8:00am and by 10:00am we had a new water heater. Sylvester McDowney was fast, professional, and informative.
In what we thought was an emergency with the main water valve, this was the first time we’ve used Len The Plumber. We were very happy with the responsiveness and professionalism — and impressed with Mark Martin’s expertise in promptly addressing the issue. He explained every step of what he was doing which was so helpful in understanding that it wasn’t actually the main water valve. In determining the source of the issue in a completely different area than what we expected, he then fixed it and provided thorough recommendations to help us prevent similar problems going forward. Based on this experience, we will definitely use Len The Plumber in the future. I also particularly appreciated the up-to-the-minute status tracker of the technician’s arrival via text/link. Scheduling online was easy and I was able to get an appointment the next morning without picking up the phone. Our plumber, Joe Kendrick, was extremely thorough, informative, courteous, and thoughtful throughout. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on and our options for addressing any issues. Both my wife and I appreciated his patience and overall demeanor. He genuinely seemed like a smart, good person and someone we trusted to work on our house.
