    Neither bad nor good value this agency, they do not know how to take care of customers, sometimes have bad attitudes, they think they are in Cuba that there are no options. Here are many agencies that offer these services. If they continue with that attitude, they will lose customers every day more.

    Travel is Fun Tours. Went on the 3day 2nights bus tour to Key West. Very organized trip. Comfortable bus with knowledge tour guide and a couple of informative videos shown on the bus. Included in tour package was an airboat ride in the everglades and a stop to see and send postcards from the smallest post office in the U.S. Nightly accommodations in clean rooms with a continental breakfast included. Excellent time! Highly recommend.

    If you want someone else to take charge and plan your trips and entertainment, try Travel Is Fun Tours. Tour guides Pat and Todd always give us first-class trips to choose from. They see to every detail to make sure we have a great time. Our bus driver Jessie is the best and always gets us to our destination timely and back home safely.     My wife and I just return from our trip to Italy and all I can say is WOW! We didn’t want to leave! Tammy Levent and her team at Elite Travel absolutely knocked it out of the park!! Every aspect of the trip went perfectly. Every hotel reservation was there, every transfer on time, perfect flights, perfect locations. When we began planning this trip a year ago the number of moving parts became obvious very quickly, I felt like I was over my head. I was referred to Tammy and Elite travel by a colleague of mine. He told me she was the best and I think that is probably the understatement of the year. Thank you Thank you Thank you Tammy!! Can’t wait to start planning the next one!

    I trusted Elite Travel and the owner Tammy Levent with our family’s bucket list trip to Italy. Best trip decision ever! She booked great flights, drivers, train tickets and nice hotels in the best areas in both Rome and Positano. The tour of Pompeii was second to none.

    Best vacation ever! Tammy put everything together for my girlfriend and I for a 30 day adventure to Italy. She arranged all of the travel (lots, train planes and automobiles ?) plus all of our lodging in Rome, San Gimignano (Tuscany), Bari, Alberobello (Puglia) Catania (Sicily) and Sorrento. She put us in hotels that were great and within our budget. She provided us a list of things to do and see at each location which proved to be amazing. We ran into a couple of travel glitches but Tammy fixed instantly. If you’re travelling to Italy, (or anywhere for that case) call Tammy!

    I wanted to thank you for an amazing European Family vacation. Everything was coordinated perfectly, from the guides to the hotels. You were available to help us at all hours, even when Paris went on strike. It was amazing how you were able to have work arounds for everything. The guides could not have been better with our 2 boys. They kept everything entertaining and they were extremely knowledgeable. The hotels were fantastic and in amazing locations. Thank you again for setting everything up as we went from London to Madrid to Paris!

    At least her agent tried to apologize for her mismanagement, BOTH times.
    And then we had a feeling a transport to our final destination would be mismanaged so we checked directly with the transport company and thank god we did. That was entirely wrong too. The transport company told us that June called to change the time on March 18th and never told us. We have no idea WHY she would have changed it.
    We have used travel agents for years but now because of June and Tammy we will NEVER use a travel agent again. They are supposed to make for a stress free experience and instead we were more stressed than ever.
