Day of the move, they called me letting me know that they were going to be coming, asked if I needed any boxes or coverings(they charge for that). They arrived, signed paperwork and they got to work. They were pretty fast, professional and nice. They know how to professionally move. They informed me on anything that was wrong. We got to Sanford and they do pay on arrival so you pay before they unload the truck. And they were able to get stuff unloaded pretty quick with it being over 100 in Florida going into the weekend of 4th of July. All in all I would recommend this company to anyone. Their prices are fair for the move we made when everyone else quoted us over $2000. Genuinely appalled. We had our move this past weekend and were stressed enough as it is. The movers showed up and we’re fine at first, then the lead complained directly in front of us about how his boss needs to pay him
more and complained about this move. They managed to break our Waterford crystal glasses that they didn’t wrap, but charged us hundreds in material to wrap items that were a lot less valuable. We are told we would be reimbursed for wedding glasses but haven’t heard back. Now, we set up our computer and the screen is completely damaged. The walls in our place are completed scuffled and damaged which is the least of my concern but I expect more from a 6k move with “professional” movers. The man I consult with was very professional so I trusted the move would be smooth. I was incredibly wrong. I am praying we receive some kind of compensation for our computer.
Melvin, Li, Quan, and Ethan moved us into our new home and did everything asked. Prompt service, super fast, very professional and awesome service! I highly recommend this team!!!!
Wayne , Jordan Brown-Simpson, Tre , Errol , and Tyler did a great job moving our apartment and storage unit. They were friendly and professional. We enjoyed working with them we will use them again if we move.
Daniel and his team were very respectful and very fast. I couldn’t do the move myself since my family was busy, but the crew arrived on time and helped with most of my large items in a timely manner. They wrap your couch fast! And secure everything. I still have some moving blankets and tape left over as well. Plenty of boxes left over as well.
