  The lady that helped us was friendly, polite and efficient. Office was well organized and clean. Everyone was friendly. Lot’s of things more than just maps were offered.   This branch has the Worst travel agents Lost a $1900 flight because she spelled my name wrong so it cost me $5400 Booked prenights for a tour in a hotel that was non refundable but she forgot to tell me they can change hotels which they did She didn’t offer any suggestions, advise or guidance not even an apology for the mistake she made on my flight They tried to make it sound like it was my fault – I could have done a better job on my own she did nothing she sat there and waited for us to tell her what to do – will never return to this branch again

  Looking for general incompetence you’ll be amazed at these guys, they can’t do anything right. I hope the owner is not involved in this fiasco and can take some action regarding the widespread incompetence in this branch. When requesting help from AAA, ask for help from St. Petersburg not Bradenton.

  Our family of 4 had a great time! We did the 4 hour snorkel trip and loved every moment. We felt safe and very comfortable with Captain Bruce. We got to see dolphins on our way to and from Edgemont Key. We also had a relaxing time at the sandbar. Highly recommend!

  Had a wonderful experience. Great tour of the island lots of sandbars to see. We seen lots of dolphins, sea urchins, crabs, shells and sand dollars. Bruce was very nice and knowledgeable on any questions we had. Would definitely book again! Very nice boat

  Bruce is the dolphin whisperer! Truly, though, if you’re looking for a private boating experience with a personable captain in a beautiful, comfortable setting, look no further. My daughters, 10 & 8, had an amazing time watching dolphins “come play” in our boat wake, say hi to snoozing manatees, and try snorkeling for the first time. I highly recommend Bruce and this experience to Anna Maria novices and experts alike.

  We had an awesome morning with Captain Bruce. He was a great captain and tour guide and really knows his stuff. We had 6 adults and the boat was spacious and comfortable. Captain Bruce customized the 2 hour tour to what we wanted to see. He took us to an eagle’s nest, which was awesome, but the highlight of the trip was the dolphins playing in the wake of the boat. Captain Bruce is an expert in knowing how to get the dolphins to surf the wake (see video!). We didn’t see any other tour boats in the area doing that. He was successful in getting them to surf the boat wake several times! So much fun! Spend a few dollars more and get your own customized private tour.

  We had an awesome day!!! Bruce and his wife are so down to earth and welcoming!! Bruce let my daughter drive the boat! We saw dolphins, manatees and we saw all kinds of cool things while snorkeling!
