I only use the pharmacy except when I’ve got an emergency. The pharmacy people are helpful and try hard to get you seen to as quick as poss. Like most pharmacies there’s normally a queue and not enough staff so I wouldn’t advise going if you’re in a hurry. Maybe it’d be worth taking a sandwich and z flask.
Very handy for villages to the east of Carlisle. Plenty of parking. Well stocked store and very friendly helpful staff.
Do double check dates on products as staff don’t seem to good at rotating stock.
Loyal customer for weekly shop and cafe visit. Sadly have suffered lately from the constant lack of eggs (whilst all other supermarkets have plenty) and fighting with the online shopping pickers who seem to take up all available space in front of the shelves.
Customer care at Carlisle this morning atrocious!!!
For sale area full of unmarked items and staff simply said they were “too busy” to do anything about it. Very ignorant and discourteous staff.
Perhaps Tesco should send their staff to the same Customer Care courses that Sainsbury’s use!!!
Awful, condensending and chavy (for the lack of a better word) customer service from both the staff and the Sunday manager. Do not buy electronics here, as if faulty you will not be getting a refund.
