4 months agoJust been to put petrol in at the garage and the assistant was the rudest person I have ever come across ,she should most definitely not be in the customer service industry… her attitude needs to change massivelya month agoTerrible petrol station with only ever having 2 – 3 pumps at a time on and depending on how the manager feels that day to whether you can pay cash or just pay at pump.6 months agoA lovely Tesco store in Sunderland area where you can buy petrol, fresh bakery, grocery and other everyday essentials for great deals and collect/use your Tesco clubcard points. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially thanks to shift leader Heather and customer assistant Sam, they are amazing people.a year agoThis is my local petrol/convenience store. Over the last year it’s gone right down hill. The staff are a right miserable bunch. Tried to fill up with fuel but staff to busy talking to each other to authorise the pumps. Also in store goods miss priced, and confusion at the tills. Not a good service at all.3 months agoAlways expensive then other petrol stations 👎🏽

A level 1 store rather than a ground level one is less favourable but otherwise the store was fine and spacious. Not busy at 8 pm on a saturday here. Same prices as everywhere else in the country.
I am disabled, when I come shopping once a week I use your mobility scooter! You have 2, one has. been out of order since October last year! The scooter you have is never charged enough It goes in circles on the flat, not up and down so limited taxation on your batteries but usually at as a pancake! Please correct this as soon as possible otherwise I shall be forced to shop elsewhere! Your staff are great but the equipment is letting you down!
I do 90% of my groceries shopping at this store. If you can’t handle the crowd, it is recommended you attend around 8pm weekdays.
To say that I am furious is an understatement, the service that I have just received leaves a lot to be desired. I called in to purchase a bottle of grenadine along with a few other items and was refused sale of it, even though it is alcohol free,
I was asked for ID, which I provided, however I was with my younger brother, so the assistant refused to sell me it, Why we both need ID to buy a bottle of syrup is absolutely beyond my comprehension.
Their clothes are amazing and really good value.
