They said it was like that when I got there, which of course is a lie. It wasn’t my first time here so I expected being treated as a loyal customer or at least as a paying customer who’s always been very respectful to them and their business. It didn’t happen.
I don’t mind repairing it, what I don’t like is dishonesty and lies. I won’t ever bring my cars to them again and I suggest to everyone to avoid this place, not because they can’t wash a car, but because when the do something wrong they won’t take any responsibility and will blatantly lie.

When I returned to have this issue fixed, the manager (Luis I think. He has a gold tooth) stated to me, a basic wash is a basic wash. He never apologized and treated me very poor. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to come here, unless you have a Lamborghini or Ferrari is the only way you get good service. I came here to get an interior/exterior car wash, and I am so beyond glad that I did! I have 3 small children, so the state of my car can be left to your imagination. The usual price for an inside-out car wash is I believe $35, but I was told I needed to pay $45 because of how much of a clean it needed. After the fact, I can tell you it was worth every penny! They cleaned inside the cup holders, under the seats, and in the seat creases. I honestly can not remember the last time the car was this clean! Definitely would recommend to anyone!
Amazing car fast in the heart of Miami Beach. I’ve been a customer for year, coming with my BMW 7 and Porsche Cayenne here at least 2x per week, taking advantage of the wash club: it’s $27 (incl. taxes) per month with unlimited washes.

I would like to say that I never saw a store that clean and well organized like this one, the sales clerk Mr.Toledo is a very attentive respectful and nice person, I have been in other gas stations and they always refuse to let me use the restroom Mr.Toledo never has done that I see him working like a little ant moving back and forth no wonder the store looks the way it is, I took some pictures because I’m very surprised to see a store that clean and well organized. I really think that when something goes bad always people complain but when something is good nobody says anything, the owner should know about this because Mr Toledo for me he’s an excellent worker. Thank you for your attention.
