4 years agoAlways good to fill up. Love a Tesco with the club card points etc. Get something back for free. On top of that, using certain credit cards, you can get additional cashback, so it’s double win win. Straightforward petrol station, never had an issue. Thanks.5 years agoFirst time using this petrol station as shell is currently closed for refurbishment. Really Rude Male Shop Assistant on today.Threw my change at me and just grumbled. When I told him which pump I was at he just said ‘yeah.. I know’. Also didnt offer me my receipt. Not impressed and will not be visiting again.2 years agoFriendly staff, cheap prices, clean and overall a nice petrol station.2 years agoArrived with another car to get fuel at 7.50pm to find staff had already closed the petrol station barriers and were switching everything off early, not the first time it has happened.5 years agoNice staff, easy to use. However massively overpriced compared to Morrisons, Asda and Sainsburys

a month agoVery unprofessional management – from the bigger guy behind the counter, other staff members within the shop allocated there time in a professional manner hence the reason for not being a 1 star , within all my time of visiting Tesco branches ranging from the extras to the Express this is by far the worst one within the local area , if you would like negative behavior and passive aggressive comments please choose this store if not you will be better going to the surrounding stores especially the Extra in Lichfield and the Express at the Three Spires where they actually give you a 5 star experience without any verbal abuse or mismanagement.a month agoAwesome 😎 Open early, close late, full Tesco service and nice little car park.2 years agoThank you again. Always helpful in the nicest way and very friendly in the nicest way.Shopped all hours and just very friendly speak to you nicely and just lovely staff..
Thanks.
Again stocking up and lovely to all comers. Has friendly atmosphere often busy and always nice with all. Thank you again.
a year agoPrat who works there made a point of telling a friend of mine the shop has more security cameras, not sure why he said that, but my friend worked there at one point in time, he’s really honest decent bloke, I got the feeling he was insuating either my friend or maybe myself might be shop lifters, not at all impressed10 months agoI visit some Sundays when other supermarkets are closed. Good for staple food.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Tescos but you have finally pushed me back to Morrisons, 4 on the tills, huge queues at the self serve system. Not a very pleasant reply from the member of staff when asked if any chance of more tillers!!
Then having to listen to another member of staff saying she wasn’t going to return to work, so not just your customers are going!!
It’s one of the easiest places to shop in Lichfield, free car parking for 3hrs, with good access from the car park to the shopping floor. Good prices if your a club card holder, on a par with most discounters.
Busy, but all the shelves were well stocked.
Shame there’s no delicatessen in store, nor butcher or fishmonger. Pre packed looked far from appealing. In fact, a couple of the fish items were actually a day out of date.
Great selection of goods…unfortunately at our checkout someone had spilled a packet of big chocolate buttons and it hadn’t been cleaned up. Treading into them then going outside in the hot sun where they melted on your shoes was not good…we did draw our cashier’s attention to them..
Spacious, airy and well stocked store, various checkout options, helpful staff
