Its a massive Tesco on the first floor and the travelators are often not working, which can be a pain.

There is a car wash in the car park, where you can leave your car to be cleaned while you shop, which is pretty good

Biggest downside is that there are always homeless people sat outside all entrances and exits, begging

Scan as you shop is a must, saves so much time and messing about. Don’t remember how we ever shopped without using it

A little confusing walking in to find out way to the end of the ground floor where the escalator takes you up to the main shop. A lot of self scan areas… Though I much prefer the full checkout. Shop was clean and well organised. Staff were very knowledgeable about where to find everything. Prices are up everywhere and the food here seems a little more expensive than other places I shop. The clothing area is very good. Items seem to be quality material and prices are good. Everything from babies to adults. I do notice the shoe selection seems to be missing now though. Perhaps it is smaller and I missed it. Shame, their shoes section used to be good.

Great big store on 2 levels with other facilities in the building. Has most everything you would require on a weekly shop and more. Clean and tidy, plenty of tills manned.

Positive – I’ve been shopping here for quite sometime really good place to shop big store with a lot of choice of products nice easy parking and of course Tesco club card prices and petrol station attached which is handy

Opportunity – I would of gave 5 stars but my last visit was disappointing went round store with ease got all the stuff that I wanted went to the trolley self checkout scanned some items there was an item which needed approval so look over and the staff member on the self checkout area was hanging over the checkout barrier talking and laughing to 2 other staff members about something on their phone was just waiting there for ages felt so awkward but had to call him over so not good service it’s a shame really wanted to give 5 stars for this store as I really like shopping here

Tesco has a great selection of baby clothes for girls and boys, they have multi packs of vest which are high quality and would definetly reccomend, they also have great bibs I particularly like the 3 white bibs they are easy to get on and off and are quit big so there clothes stay lovely and clean. They have a few sleeping bags for babies aswell which I highly recommend over blankets as they are safer and tesco do a lovely selection. They have a huge selection of dummies of all sizes and brands my favourite it MAM as they are very good. They have awesome toys for babies and toddlers, some times they have offers on and even reduced toys, they have baby and toddler food and a lot of it an awesome choice for those of us that don’t want to cook all day 🤣🤣, the staff are great and the supermarket is clean and kept well. Would definetly reccomend having more staff on tills and opening the women’s changing rooms this is a big inconvenience to me and I imagine many others …

It’s a really nice place. Fantastic store. Shop here regularly. Plenty of items to choose from. Store always clean and tidy. Staff always pleasant and friendly. If you need help looking for something the staff will take you to item you require. Also my mother and I use the pharmacy. What a outstanding service they supply. The staff are brilliant. Plenty of car park spaces. All in all a first class store.

I will NEVER entre into this store again, and I have shopped here for many years and spent £100’s pounds. Popped into the store early afternoon straight from work. Rushed around the store to pick up a few bits, after paying for the items decided to not waste money on a bag so it all went straight into the trolley. Walked past security guard and just has I went to walk out my trolley stopped, security right behind me. Then he stood beside my trolley, grabbed my receipt and proceeded to check the few items I had in the trolley. I asked him very clearly why he felt the need to put the breaks on the trolley like I was some common criminal, he stood there trying to tell me he hadn’t but there was no issue with the trolley going into the store. So, requested to speak to a manager and while I stood waiting by the kisok, he thought by shouting at me trying to make me feel intimidated, just wasn’t working. Spoke to the manager and explained what had happened, he still there shouting Infront of the whole store…WOW… Tesco’s if you are employing security that act in this manner then you may end up losing a lot more customers and there are plenty of other stores to visit… SAINSBURY’S 😁 This should be NO stars, but can’t put a review unless you do 🤬🤬

this morning I purchased a #Halal chicken from Tesco and unfortunately, upon opening the packaging at home, I noticed a foul smell emanating from the chicken. Despite the chicken being within its expiration date, I didn’t feel comfortable consuming it and had to dispose of it. This is happened with us 2nd time. #SHAZANS

Very convenient and well stocked store. Its not so big so rather quick to get around. Gets really busy in Saturdays when parking in the parent bays is hard to come by.

  1. The best customer service till date. One of the workers made so much effort to go back and forth to find out if the bakery items were suitable for vegetarians/halal. My little brother wanted donuts and we did not want to disturb her again. She saw and went and checked and confirmed it was Suitable for vegetarians.

  2. Usually good but recently like lots of supermarkets has a lack of fresh vegetables. Aisles were empty! Food getting very expensive £2.30 for a punnet of strawberries that has no more than 7 strawberries😢. Might have to stop eating altogether….

  3. Went to the cafe for lunch. Ordered a jacket potato with tuna. Very disappointed when it arrived with the amount of topping, literally 2 teaspoons of dry tuna. I complained and when the potato came back to me they had added maybe one teaspoon worth. Very disappointed. Definitely will not be returning.

I just purchased a sushi roll and kaiso salad. The sushi rice is very very dry (it’s midday Saturday so should be fresh!), contains no wasabi or soy sauce. The salad is incredibly sweet, pure sugar. I just wasted out £8.

  5. Large car psrk with fuel station. Very tidy and clean superstore. Staff were amazing and helped us to fund several items. Cafe upstairs was great. Toilets clean. Highly recommended
