a month agoGood place to shop but always to much traffic to get in5 months agoStaff do a good job to keep up with the volume of people that visit this store, the issue is that people are waiting on the road to even get onto the site to fill up causing mayhem for other road users as its basically on a roundabout …..5 months agoAlways competitive on price, friendly staff and a good shop, Costa coffee to takeaway very good.5 months agoAt times it’s very difficult to get onto the forecourt and as it enters and exits onto a five junction roundabout I usually try to avoid it especially in busy traffic periods.7 months agoGreat prices for fuel. Only issue is the inconsiderate humans who decide to complete their weekly shop between filling up and returning to their car. Whilst they’ve blocked a pump for 20minutes

3 months agoI always shop at Tesco’s as I find the quality of fruit and veggies there are really good and fresh. I manage to get all my grocery needs at reasonable prices plus get points too so I wouldn’t go anywhere else to shop. When I have done my shopping it’s nice to have a coffee in the coffee place there.a week agoShop was easy! Went to pay using self service, paid fine. Got to the staff to remove a tag and all 3 staff were just chatting, I said excuse me twice, thankfully a more helpful staff member came and took the tag off.2 months agoHas gone downhilla bit over the last 6 months, Stock levels inconsistent from one area to the next. Fortunately most staff are friendly and helpful. As always, the layout isn’t the most logical and some aisles are narrow.2 months agoWhat a joke. I dropped in today to pick up a few crates of beers. Apparently, because I don’t cary an emergency pound coin with me, this makes me ineligible for a trolly of any kind! I asked the employee standing near the baskets if there was any way I could use a trolly without a pound coin, and was given a flat NO. There wasn’t even a slight hint at wanting to help me.So I then had to struggle, carrying four crates of beer around the store, to the tills, then half way across the car park whilst they where stacked up above my head.
What an absolute joke.
My wife does all our monthly online shopping with tesco, I will now be changing that and take our business elsewhere. Disgusted.

The shop itself is pretty good . A fair range of produce at reasonable prices. My one staff is for the toilets. Over the years I’ve used them a few times and they are never particularly clean. Went in today and there was ingrained dirt in the corners of the floor , the mirrors were filthy and the sinks weren’t much better. The walls were all streaked presumably where someone had attempted to clean them… poorly. Last of all it never smells very fresh.
Come on Tesco , sort it out. With toilets like that people will question the cleanliness of the rest of the store.
Another edit to my review. Tesco staff seem happy to ignore their double refund policy unless you ask. I was charged the incorrect price for an item today and when I complained I was given the difference. When I then asked the member of staff what their overcharge policy was I was given and blank look in return. It was only penny’s but I find it very dishonest that they try to “get away” with not giving you the correct amount
It was Good Friday and the car park was packed but the store didnt feel too busy. The people buying online shopping were not obtrusive or in the way.
At the checkouts George was polite, friendly and efficient, great job!
Came into the store today for some face wipes and alcohol, it was towards the end of the store closing time but managed to get to self serve with 1 minute to spare. As I was approaching the till a short grey haired woman working on self checkouts started speaking to me very rudely repeating that I needed to be at the till as they are closing, which I was clearly walking towards. As I got to the till, the prompt for my ID appeared. To which she came over and just said ‘ ID’, my boyfriend realised he had left his in the car and asked if it was possibly to run out and get it, he repeatedly apologised but she was not happy with this. She raised her voice telling me they were closed etc. this was not the friendly service I would expect from Tescos, she made me feel very uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this store.
Norwich Harford Bridge Tesco.
Fruit and veg is now so very sub par. Rotting carrots packaged up in the plastic bags and bruised apples hidden face down in plastic covered card trays in an attempt to deceive their customers. So much for plastic reduction, if only they were to pay fair prices to their producers, they would get something other than ‘horse carrots’. Supermarkets have become so greedy and it now shows. Same with the eggs, there was no shortage, they didn’t want to pay, so they didnt get the produce. No more, i will be shopping my fresh produce elsewhere and using them for the tinned stuff. Surely they will not get that so wrong. Local farm shops are selling great fresh produce. Worth the extra pennies.
27.08.2023 Very, very busy at 3pm on a Sunday! Fresh sushi counter, the normal fruit and veg, bakery section etc. Small back to school aisle. Seasonal aisle (garden) was reduced. Large clothing section.
