Kiosk used to be open 24/7 but now shuts at 21.00hrs (9.00pm).Esso garage at Kent elms still open all night and Supreme petrol has no added Ethanol. Better MPG and your engine will last a lot longer. Superb !

Very busy and difficult to queue due to narrow entrance, other drivers trying to force their way through.

THIS IS A RATING OF THE CAR WASH NOT THE STATION..

It did ok with cleaning but the drying wasn’t the best, it didn’t exactly dry it as well as IMO might do, I also heard some weird noises and my car was shaking some reason.. next time will go to IMO sadly.

It delivers good quality fuel that has my Fiesta purring, not as good as Esso, but far better than BP. Reasonable price and pay at pump facility. Very good value.

It closes at random time’s extremely unreliable, it says online it’s open every night but for the past 3 nights it has been closed and even before you often find it closed, they leave notices on the door such as, fridge is down, staff shortage, till upgrade, there is always something at night…

A busy local store with a petrol station. Some parking spaces. After the latest refit they now have pay at the pump too. There is nearly always a queue here because it’s that busy.

The staff are warm and friendly and willing to help you find items around the store. Bargains can be had with the end of day sale and this will save you some extra money..

Tescos has always been my choice of shop, even when the sainsburys was built across the road. Today, I decided to fight through my agoraphobia and visit the shop again, and unfortunately I found myself having a panic attack in the store. I was kneeling down, hyperventilating, and very quickly a member of staff (the blonde straight haired woman, sorry I don’t remember names!), she came and sat with me and put her hand on my shoulder, which was totally fine with me. I explained my panic attack, and she calmly spoke to me and asked if I could try watch my breathing. She offered me a seat out back, but I refused as I just wanted to get back home. She then asked another member of staff to serve me, who happily did so quickly, I was thankful there wasn’t a queue, and grateful that they’d help me in this way. They were all very supportive and kind, and didn’t make me feel bad for my attack. I love the staff in this shop, they deserve all the praise they get.

Recently, I said “excuse me” to a security officer so that I could leave the store and keep as much distance as possible between him and myself. He was standing in the entrance/exit, which is relatively narrow. (On previous visits during lockdown, a security officer stands just outside monitoring customers). He started yelling at me, “where am I supposed to go”, and then blocked the exit, outstretching his arms and yelling at me. I slid out sideways, realising there was no point trying to ask him to just move a little to the side. He kept on yelling at me as I walked past the line of customers outside.

Maybe he was having a bad day – I was humiliated. BUT 1. Unless I have done something illegal or against company policies, staff do not have the right to prevent me exiting a store. 2. Staff have a responsibility to keep customers as safe as possible during the coronvirus crisis.

  1. If you’re not open 24 hours anymore, at least pack the shelves when you’re closed. If you happen to go shopping after 9pm it almost feels like you’re trespassing. All the aisles are blocked by boxes and large trolleys. Not a very pleasant experience…

  2. It is so bad, that workers smoke anywhere they want. Every time Im there even the staff members are smoking very close to entrance and I have to breath that. Also your car wash. That was the whorst location one can choose. Its near path where people walk by and often get sprayed. Also the staff there smoke just on the path as there is bin closer, very convenient and again – “WHO CARES ABOUT NONE SMOKERS?!!”.

  3. Hi

Parked in mother kids parking place
I am speechless of stupidity of companies to try to make money no mattre what
I am speechless and seems like onley child car seat is acceptable

  4. I went to Tesco’s to do some present shopping . Not being able to walk I pulled up in a disabled space. I asked the security guard about the ride on scooters he brought one over for me. I did my shopping and the scooter began to slow down
I went to the checkout and they packed my bags for me, sorted out a price enquiry and then saw me to the security area where a lovely male Tesco worker said he’d been looking out for me. He helped me to the car and packed my car and returned the scooter for me. Perfect customer service. Well done. Plus I got everything I needed in one place.

  5. “Delicious donuts at a great value! Tesco’s
donuts are now £1.10, massive price hike blames on cost of living, they still
an irresistible treat. With a variety of flavors to choose from, these donuts are sure to satisfy your cravings. Don’t miss out on this fantastic deal.
