We went here to do a top up shop but the kids were too hungry. We got a meal deal each from the Café. It is not table service, unless you use the QR code. You have to pay in advance. Tables were clean, plenty of space, good quality food. There was a TV here too. The downside was the toilets were the other end of the shop. They were not very clean as shown on the photos. The car park layout is a bit confusing and can cause accidents so be careful as the car spaces are not as large as usual here. Overall good experience though!

Usually do my weekly shop @ Sainsbury’s which I find a good experience. I scan & shop as I find this suits me best. If I can’t find an item the staff are there to help & they are always kind & friendly. Also very much like the the clothing & house hold items so I can get most things under one roof.

Nice store, good choice and stock of food. Good clothing selection, with one particular young female member of staff who is very helpful and efficient. This store also has an in-house Argos store which is very convenient.

Went in for breakfast this morning and was served by the friendly and professional Tia. Food was great – tasty and well priced . The service from Tia and her colleagues would be the main reason to return and I think we will! 🙂🙂🙂

We enjoyed having a walk around the store and picking up the variety of food’s that was available and there was lots to choose from. Prices were as reasonable as other stores as was taken in light that this store was to be very expensive in buying food and drink with what food and drink we did get it only came to about £58. So this is why we gave them a 5 star for good food and drink and very good service also,we normally shop in the Swansea area but it was a change too go somewhere different.

Great shopping here! All good brands as well as Sainsbury’s own brands which are excellent. Our Community centre oldies are particularly fond of their crusty rolls of which we purchase a couple of dozen every Friday.

I went to buy a Carpet cleaner. Browsed the products on their system, paid then I received the product in 2 minutes. Super quick and well advanced shopping experience. The price was same as Amazon

Big shop. More variety compared to smaller supermarkets. Still relatively expensive.

I was really surprised that the restaurant had been closed for about 6mths. We hadn’t been for a while but always had a cuppa in there, very disappointed . We got a few different meals than usual, nice to have a change. The food is always fresh, tasty, some foods are a bit more expensive but you can choose. Toilets are available on ground floor for disabled and non disabled people. Easy parking outside. I like it here, good shop.

The floor tiles desperately need replacing – many are chipped and broken. Beige everywhere. The petrol station doesn’t even have pay at the pump. The staff are very friendly and helpful though to make up for the dreariness.

  1. Sainsbury’s are finally getting a The Restaurant Hub located at Sainsbury Swansea. I can’t believe Harry Ramsdens is coming to Swansea. The Swansea Restaurant Hub is where the old cafe was (Fresh kitchen) at the rear of the store by the tills. The Restaurant Hub includes a @harryramsdensuk @edsdiners and a cafe. Good luck with the grand opening today

  2. A good local store. Well stocked with items that we needed. Quality of fresh produce was a plus, better than other stores we have noticed going downhill with the quality. We found that prices were very comparable to other stores. Vegetarian options and prices were a plus. We would recommend this store to others. We were also looking for car oil. The store used to stock this but unfortunately we could not find it and had to stop over at the petrol station. We used the self service and had no issues at the tills.

  3. Lovely staff in the cafe couldn’t help us enough and so friendly and had a lovely cup of tea and coffee with toast.
Plus my daughter was really impressed as it was the first time she has ever seen anyone in a wheelchair working in a shop this made her day know that everyone is treated equally

  4. Shops is decent but went to use the toilet people sitting in there for nearly 40 mns hiding probably staff hiding from a shift as when I finally got a cubicle it was a Sainsbury’s employee that had been in there for 40 odd minutes, also couldn’t use the disabled toilet as the toilet was completely blocked with loo roll and shoplifted products socks etc if a disabled person wanted to use the loo they would be unable to and that is not good at all…. Store bathrooms need to be actually cleaned the pee stains on the bathroom look years old…..

  5. Beware the Euro Car Parks, heaven forbid you try to spend money at Sainsbury’s twice in 1 day – you will get a parking fine with incorrect times. Make sure you always challenge these. I had a breakfast at the cafe, went for a walk in Gower then stopped to buy some food on the way home, but then got a parking fine for being in the car park for 3 hours 41 minutes
