a month agoWe used the self service vacuum, which is £1 for 3 minutes. The bins provided were overflowing which was frustrating. The app doesn’t work, I purchased a triple wash and was told it would be available in the app shortly and I’m still waiting the next day so good job I didn’t wait for it to load yesterday! I have contacted customer services to let them know I’ve got a receipt but still no wash in my app wallet.4 months agoBroke my rear view camera when they were washing the back of my car with the brush. Would not admit it when I went back. Don’t use this place if you want camera’s damaged.the will deny all knowledge.7 months agoSome of the spray nozzles look like they need maintenance… Some were spitting rather than spraying.The cats trails as we nicknamed them after the dryer on exit look like they need a good cleaning themselves. After getting the car washed, they are the last thing you want to see dangling across it.

a month agoPlace has gone downhill they’ve made it look nice on the outside but the inside is still stinking reusing the water it smells so bad had my car cleaned and whent back as it was still dirty when I told the guy he had terrible attitude towards me if the car ain’t clean you ain’t a car wash lost me as a customer4 years ago£2.50 cant go wrong !!

Absolutely rubbish job. The guy couldn’t be bothered. He gave a really quick once over the wheels and grill. He took less than a minute to ‘clean’ the windscreen and I use that term loosely. There were still dead insects on the grill and dirt on the wheels. What a waste of £12!
IMO is meant to include a pre-wash, to get rid of stubborn dirt before going through the automated part of the wash.
Every time I have gone to IMO, the attendant to does the pre-wash, and never really focuses on this part and gives it a very quick spray which does nothing.
Depending on your style of car, will depend on the attendant doing their job properly.
My car, for instance needs a more focused pre-wash on the back because the automated wash does not clean the parts of my car properly, due to the shape.
I do recommend it as it is relevantly cheap, and this is still one of the best automated car washes. If you don’t have time for a complete hand wash service somewhere else, then this is perfect.
Had car damaged at car wash. Employee gave his name and confirmed he did the damage.Upon return to site the manager stated that he did not have an employee with that name so could not sort out damage.Had to use own car insurance which cost me the use of my excess.rating -1
Amazing value for £4. We hadn’t used it before and usually pay £9 in Swindon to have our car washed. The guy who hosed it first was very helpful and friendly. He asked if it was our first time. We said yes so he explained clearly what we had to do and pointed to the instructions. Excellent service and a whacky machine. I felt as if I was on a fairground ride! Thank you 😊
Paid for the top level wash, as we were going through the display box was flashing on a lower program. And not all dirt was removed from my car.
