  Went on a Monday lunchtime, place was fairly quiet, they did an excellent job for £25 (Mini-Valet, Estate Car). No problems with the customer service at all. Much better than the £65 I’ve been charged before up at Hillier’s.

  Paid £25 for a medium size car. It’s expensive for what they offer, plus their job wasn’t really good. Not even a fragrance for free, for example.

  Have used them several times over the years and they have been getting progressively worse. This time after they had “finished” I ran my finger along the paintwork of the car and showed them all the dirt that had been left on. One of them then went to “buff” it off with a chamois and scratched the paint work even more. It was not particularly busy but I think were they are always in such a rush they do not do a particularly good job and the result is damage to the car. It has also now gone up to £35 for an SUV. I will go back to the one on Rush Hill.

  Great experience, lovely staff. Was quoted £70 by the guy at Hilliers, but I only wanted a quick job so this was perfect and only £20. Could maybe clean the waiting room?
