4 months agoReally disappointed. I have been using this car wash for years and today was charged £15 for my Mazda 5. Not a 4×4 or 7 seater. I queried explaining I was here two weeks ago and paid £12 so they told me to go elsewhere! No wonder there was no one else there!a month agoI went to get my car washed 1st time here on 26/7/23 afternoon. I requested the mini valet which I assumed would cover vacuuming the boot of my car and the back seat area. I also did offer an extra £5 or something as the boot needed a little more attention. They told me £25 should be fine. I left the car in their care, so they did not feel rushed. They did seem trustworthy and they did do an excellent job on the exterior part of the car. When I came home and had a look properly,I found that the backseat areas had not been vacuumed or the main boot area. I’ll know to inspect the whole car before paying next time and to not leave the car unattended without seeing exactly what they are doing. Had they told me they needed to charge extra for the works, they would have not received this review.a month agoNot impressed. It used to be good place. They really pay attention to everything, especially when cleaning from the inside 1. Wipe and polish the dashboard, even with a brush to remove small debris/dust 2. Wipe the windows, doors, panels 3. Wash the mats
and same on the outside, my car has always felt like it’s brand new coming out from the car wash!
Highly recommend it if you are living in East Cambridge.
7 months agoBe very careful, threatening behaviour today. The guy washing the car whipped the pressure hose into the side of my white car leaving a black mark on the door. Never apologised or even admitted it. The supervisor then started talking about people coming in with damage and blaming them and saying this was the case here. I then went to drive away and he stopped me by holding the door open saying I had to pay. Be careful of this place, they operate in a threatening way if you have a complaint. Never using again and I suggest all to stay clear. Had been using for 5+ years so was a regular.

Nice people but my car was filthy by the next day and not particularly clean after their services had completed. Sadly this is a review for a car wash and so I have to rate it quite low. Better taking your money elsewhere.
The place you get it washed is not kept well, potholes and dirt that’s easily shoot up and hit your car from their jet washes.
Highly, highly recommended.
