It had caught the rear windscreen wiper and pulled it’s motor out through the glass. Had to fight on with IMO for them to pay as the repair cost was £1700 (had bent the tailgate).I know they put signs up saying they’re not liable for any damage, but no one expects this level of damage from using one.

Quick service, got a number 4. Attention to detail on the interior could be better, still had marks on that I had to get off myself. Wouldn’t expect that from a £40 service. Exterior was good though
