They tried to charge me £45 for a valet inc shampoo when the price given by 2 different people on arrival was £35. Their sign says £35 (from) and this is why they think they can add extra money on at the end.
Apparently they spent a lot of time on the car and it is cleaner than their own cars so that’s why it’s more!
Oh and it’s a 7 seater which costs extra… but not at the start when you arrive at it would seem.
I was too annoyed to even argue so I paid £40 and left… to only find the state of the car when I got home.
Do not visit this place! Go across the road or down the street where much more trustworthy companies are.
First time using Ocean today on my work van.
Not a very good job really, got home and was a little disappointed to see the roof of my van had been missed.
Would not use again unfortunately, hence the two star review.
There are better, cheaper, car washes than this one. They always miss the alloys, and under the sides.
They seem to skim past the small cheap cars, and spend more time on the Mercedes 🤷🏼♀️
Never let us down, always do a fantastic job. Have tried other places but they never seem to do quite as good a job as Ocean.
