3 weeks agoI have never met people as rude or misogynistic as these. If you read the other 1* reviews you’ll see that they try to charge you more by saying your car is ‘filthy’. I asked for the silver package for £20 and they said I needed the gold (£25) and when I refused they said they would charge me £25 anyway. One of the men then grabbed his colleague and showed him inside the car and started talking in another language. They tried to make me feel uncomfortable and kept staring at me whilst cleaning the car. I’m not sure if anything was taken from the car or damaged out of spite but I wouldn’t be surprised!Please avoid this place at all cost.
2 months agoI have an old civic which was very dirty. They did mention that they couldn’t get the car totally clean inside and out. But by golly did they do an excellent job. I was hugely impressed.3 months agoWhent this morning wash my car. The people where working there been rude and when I come collect the car I have to show many spots not been cleaned properly. However I did try to explain that people not very nice and they should improve how they should talk with the customers one of them told me if you are not happy don’t come here again. Was really impressed, mainly because in the back footwell of my car I had a whole can of paint spill a few months ago that had dried in and ruined the carpet, I couldn’t get it out and didn’t expect the cleaners to try as I hadn’t asked them however they managed to get pretty much all of it out so it was barely noticeable somehow, well worth the money !! Only thing to note was they did a great job of polishing the inside of the car including the pedals which were extremely slippy so I had to pull over to rub it off before I could drive so just be careful of that.

It’s an auto car wash, so it’s never going to clean every trace of dirt off the car! However it’s £4 makes the car presentable. Normally really busy Friday at 3pm-4pm. Staff are young and friendly and always ask if I’d like a receipt. They do a prewash now and taken away the stupid cloths at the end. Not many places you can get a large car/van washed for £4 as other hand wash would be £12. So a cheap clean but not perfect and obviously it doesn’t do the inside. And can get busy.
Hit and miss. Never as good as washing yourself… some of the attendants are young and do a half arsed job, most of the time your wheels will not come out clean. Sometimes they put the wrong wash in, which is annoying when there isn’t a queue.
The blonde lady who works there is great and cheerful. Whenever she’s on you’ll get a good job.
Very friendly staff but I wasn’t overly impressed with the end result. Alloy wheels were still dirty and I had to use a cloth to clean bits that were missed. Perfect if you’re looking for a quick clean but not if youre expecting a spotlessly clean car.
Well I tried to use this car wash today just before 16:45: the published closing time is 18:00.
I was told they were closing: when quizzed, I was unconvincingly told that their closing time was “controlled by the machine”. I don’t like liars, so I won’t bother trying again.
The people that look after this car wash are fantastic; lady is always nice and cheery,always has a smile, well maintained and clean. This family work so hard, and do a great job, highly recommend you pay a visit! the purple lady!
