- Reviews:Clean, lightly scented restrooms. Store is clean too. Also, the parking lot attendant picks up trash in the parking lot. Except 1, all the employees were nice and helpful, even offering assistance without me asking. Biggest drawback is their lack of stocked shelves. The app kept showing items were in stock in the store, but the shelves were nearly bare — not containing the product or anything similar. Many shelves are missing common items. For example, the office section has poster board, but only multi-colored poster board. Not basic colors like black or white. Also, lots of basic items, like engine oil and light bulbs are locked up so you have to find a staff person. Also, only 2 self checkouts were open and 1 line with a cashier. I advise going before 7am.By 朱丽莎老师 (7 months ago)Walmart has really gone down hill. The signs on the store say they close at 11:00 and the google location says 11:00. However, they close the doors 15 minutes early. That’s poor advertising. Why don’t you just be honest and say we close at 10:45. Even the security couldn’t explain how the sign says “closed at 11:00”, but they closed the doors early. You should be able to count on the convenience. I guess that’s why it’s better to shop on Amazon! At least, I’m probably not coming back to this location. I thought it was one of the better ones. 1/9/23. Independence and Sharon Amity location. And even that takes like 15 minutes.By Natali Diaz (3 weeks ago)I go in with low expectations for Walmarts anyways, but have had multiple separate issues on different visits with this one of TERRIBLE service. 1) had a very rude experience with an employee who was restocking, i politely asked to grab an item she was by, she tells me not to mess up the display, i grab ONE item, touching nothing else, and she jumped in front of me to “fix it” when i wasn’t even done grabbing what i needed 2) another time, needed something from a case. Find multiple employees who say they can’t because it’s not their department. Went to guest services after 30 min of no help, then after an hour one of the people that told me no originally comes to help while pouting 3) placed a photo order online for guaranteed 1 hour pickup. This Walmart has always served me well, the staff is super nice. They usually stay stocked on groceries unless you’re looking for Hotwheels haha but other than that, it’s been a great Walmart

Rude staff. Employees are not Helpful And roll their eyes at you. When I was Overcharged by their fault it got worse. Had to step back for a minute make sure I was not the crazy one. Made me Feel like a criminal. Trying to get $30 back I was overcharged.
White man calls black employees “nigglets” says- I didn’t say “n-word”… who cares about anything else- every time I come here it’s something.
I can never find what I need. The place is always in disarray.
Employees did well in this situation. I checked out as you can see. The man appeared homeless but he needed someone to harass. The employees did a great job. Hopefully they were able to get him to leave. I hope when I return again things can be better…
This place was so busy you could barely walk through the isles. Additionally they must hold the belief that every single person that enters the store is going to steal from them because everything is locked out. It got rather bothersome for me to have to get an associate every single time I wanted something so that they could unlock it. Preventing theft is one thing that I agree with and understand. However making every single person that comes in this store be treated like a criminal is taking it a touch too far and I believe that will cause me to go to a different store next time because my shopping took me at least an hour and a half longer than expected because of having to hunt down an associate and get everything unlocked.
