I’ve panhandled here and made enough money to buy a phone and they gave me a free deal with the phone that made my life so much easier. The Bus Routes pass right by the store and they always have clean parking lots. The benches make for great hang out spots and it’s surrounded by several other very useful stores, buildings, and restaurants.By Devan Braden (in the last week)If you’re in their past eight good luck finding somebody to let you in one of the display cases. I sat for 20 minutes and waited for someone to show up to get a lightbulb for my car. After I finally got it I was walking to go cash out and some gentleman with haircut that looked like a dead muskrat / toupee / Mohawk wannabe rather rudely instructed me that I need to get out of the store because it was closing. He proceeded to follow me throughout the store and instructed the door person to search my cart and compare everything on the receipt to what was in my car I was with a friend and was incredibly irritated because I didn’t steal anything. They also put a new keypads recently and they put a bunch of them in backwards and some you have to swipe your card upside down. I’ve also spent so much time on the phone trying to get through to customer service at any of the for Walmart stores in Lincoln that it’s ridiculousBy Bob Wiley (2 weeks ago)This is by far the worst Walmart in Lincoln. Terrible clientele, stuff always out of stock, and workers could care less about their jobs, but who would when you work for a billion dollar corporation that cares nothing about you. Customer service is a joke, never helpful and it’s like pulling teeth to get them to help you. Some of the employees act like you’re crazy for showing them the price difference on the app and refuse to honor the price in-store until you ask for a supervisor. Based on my last experience I rate this a 5.
The guy that brought my stuff out was polite when he asked me where I wanted my groceries.
I told him back seat.
He put them in and accidentally dropped my half-and-half on the ground. He was so apologetic you would have thought he dropped eggs. He even offered to get me a new one.
Excellent customer service, brought my order promptly and everything went smoothly.

This one has plenty of self check out counters that are really very convenient for shoppers like us who are mostly short of time and hate standing in long queues.
Their bakery is super ! Most of the edibles have a substitute available of their in-house brand (Great Value) which is comparatively cheaper and quality wise almost similar to the other known brands.
Very well organized section with plenty of options to navigate from plus they are pretty stocked most of the time.
Occasion specific deals offered on products now and then are very reasonably priced.
Had the worse experience ever buying groceries did a self check out…. Your already being watched and I understand there job but when I thought my jeans were scanned it wasn’t the lady came over checked so I took the jeans out the bag and put aside to just do the rest of groceries and get back to scanning my food in the basket then I get a different lady was like checking and I’m like she fixed it she tried to be funny and act like the other lady didn’t … Then the lady ask are you going to buy them I’m like can I finish scanning my groceries but I was so mad I said I don’t want them now …then she left as they are watching me close …. Then I get a whole other girl come up are you going to buy that shirt I’m like yes I’m trying to finish scanning my groceries they call a manager what for I didn’t do nothing so why you guys acting funny about this situation and watching my move … when it don’t scan and they see it doesn’t mean I try to steal them ? … I understand doing your job but you over do it to the extreme …. I had two items not bagged so I knew to scan them first with no problem to get checked and leave … I knew they told the boy who checks receipts by the door to see if I payed for them … soon as I leave the manager gave me the ugliest look ever …. So now on I’m a go to another location I was so embarrassed ??♀️
It was absolutely ridiculous, the whole self check out bs. There are 8 lanes open and 9 workers standing at the end of the check out area doing NOTHING just sitting there like sitting ducks. Watching ya… do there job. And another 3 workers at the door to verify your receipt. Wal-mart Sucks.
Apparently customer service can’t split a 20 dollar bill for 2 10 dollar bills (the girl there was very rude about that). And there’s never anyone at the money center. All 3 lanes in the money center were closed and there was no way to enter.
Why can’t this Walmart split cash at the customer service desk? Rude.
