I have spent a total of 3.16 hours on the phone with them to finally be told I have to call the airlines and hotel directly. Worst decision of my life to use them. I have traveled with Suzi Davis Travel more than 20 times all over the world, and have never regretted the choice! No question has been too silly, the patience of the staff is amazing, but the prices can’t be beat. Yes, I have compared the cost of trying to book my own all inclusive vacations or domestic flights, and found using a great travel agent is always the way to go. My job introduced me to Tim Davis and his staff, and now I call them friends. Nothing is better than being able to call or text a friend who can actually fix your travel problem when you are out of the country or stuck at an airport. Thanks again for being such a great service provider.
Heard great things, along with their advertisements on 101.5. Yet I wouldn’t know considering they never responded to my email about a trip I was planning next summer. So searching elsewhere now for a travel package since they supplied 0% communication over the past three days.
Jill booked our honeymoon and it was amazing. We talked with her about what we wanted, she was clear about what we’d expect and because of her attentiveness we had the trip of a lifetime to St. Lucia.
The whole team was amazing we called in for help day of and Jayce answered, she helped us figure a quick day of question.

We used Jill at Suzi Davis for our Honeymoon which was 2/5/18, and had an amazing time!! We will definitely be using her again for our trips! She made sure that we knew exactly what to look for when getting to Cancun, and what to expect. She also had some helpful hints on what to pack! We ended up booking two excursions though apple vacations while in Mexico, and everything was super easy just as she had described. Thank you for all your help Jill!
