- Reviews:First time visiting this location and it was a very decent experience. Store was reasonably clean, shelves were stocked, and overall a very good experience compared to the Walmart in Duluth. A definite recommend if you are in the area.By GREGORY (3 months ago)My God this store has a bit of everything. I was having a pleasant experience while shopping here today until I witnessed an old caucasian man completely disrespect 2 Walmart employees when they tried to aid him in his self check out..because he clearly did not know what he was doing. The place was packed and the old man started rudely yelling out loud to the 2 employees who were only trying to help him. I feel I need to say that the 2 employees were not caucasian. I could not believe my ears. The old man almost brought me out of character when I heard him speak so ugly to the 2 workers. I must brag on the 2 workers. Eden, and Mohamed were super professional and after I told the old man he was out of line and to calm down, they calmly continued to help the man(can’t say gentleman) even though the man was still a bit rude. You just don’t see such professionalism any more. Great job Eden and Mohamed! After not shopping at Walmart for ages, I will be back to this store simply because I know you two work there.By Peeka T. (2 months ago)WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS! Grabbed some clearance items, didn’t ring up at the self check out, they told me.most they can do is give 20%, they can’t change prices anymore… but it’s the price on tour shelf, description and all. We can’t change the prices sir, so your not going to honor your own prices, sir do you want it or not? Even non clearance things like Wipers rang in as 22.76 each instead of 19.97 and dog treat marked for 5.56 but rang up at 9.96, which these 2 items werent even on clearance.. but they can’t honor the prices? . Sad, I had about $225 worth of stuff but didnt get the non honored things, eneded up spending $130. …. Yall just lost $100 jus like that ??♂️.. If i wouldnt have caught this, I would have been overcharged $47 for “clearance” items… Walmart just died to me and will NOT be getting another penny from me… Walmart who… Classic bait and switch, I wonder how many people have been ripped if by Walmart…By Matt C (3 weeks ago)It was okay. Although I would say it would be great to have most folks in the stores to point where things are located, for certain. It took about 30mins to locate cardboard boxes because they’re move them for seasonality. However, the stAff was helpful assisting with searching for the new location.By Javion Blake (3 months ago). On 12/11/22 around 2:30p I placed a pickup order to be picked up from 7-8p. I’m a little busy so this is the most convenient option for me. Right at 7 I get a notification that my order is delayed “no more than 2 hours” which is understandable. I call the Help #just to get a status update but the automatic response says “We’re preparing your order” I NEVER receive an update until the next day at 6am saying my order is ready. Okay. I get there at 8:40am and call the number on the pickup sign 15times and no one answers. My question to the managers, owners, operator, etc is why are you offering a service that is designed and is intended to provide a convenience to customers but is actually inconveniencing. If someone would simply answer the phone, or update the app more frequently, or communicate in some way with your customers, and provide the common courtesy I would be more understanding. Waiting so long has caused me to be late for work, which if I was simply communicated with, I would just enter the store and do my own shopping. This is unacceptable and inconvenient. Please provide more updates, calls/texts to customers, and communicate more effectively. Also, when checking in it tells you to provide a number but for this location they use letters. - Reviews:This Has to be the worst Walmart that I have ever been to. Poor customer service from the cashiers up to the store manager. I had several items that were placed in the wrong location and once I went to go check out the employees act as if I was an inconvenience because there were items in the wrong location. there were several shelves poorly stocked or items just missing. next time I will just drive an hour away rather than going back to that this location.By Bullie Market (in the last week)Over the past two weeks the curbside workers have decided to stop doing their jobs. Orders will be ready yet they refuse to dispense them, they just stay inside and ignore the full lot of cars waiting on them to do their job. So many Spark workers are making no money all because these workers want to get paid for doing absolutely nothing. It’s at the point where I’m going to report it to corporate cause something has to change. It’d be one thing if people were waiting forever because they were actually loading up the cars, but when you see them doing nothing its quite infuriatingBy TheSpeedoMonkey (2 weeks ago)This Walmart is OK. If it were 24 hours a day then that would make it a lot better. That’s true with any store though. I would say that the only downside to this Walmart is that it’s location isn’t very convenient. It’s way in the back off of the main road. From the main road I would say it’s still about another 0.3 or 0.4 miles until you reach this Walmart.By Stephen Moesel (a year ago)So b/c the employees choose to put stuff in the wrong place who fault is that? Guess walmart changed they policy of honoring stuff in the wrong spot. The front person was no help either they basically was like well……. lolBy Brittney Knox (5 months ago)Unable to make returns until 10:00am even though the store is open and no signs are posted. Manager was either unwilling or unable to assist with a return. Please post a sign and add this information to your website. First store I’ve ever been to that is open but doesn’t accept returns during operating hours…By Nuvia Ball (4 months ago)

The staff is very professional but they need additional staff to provide quicker customer service. I picked up my glasses and the line was quite long. They eventually got control ànd was able to handle all the customers, but it wasn’t fair to the staff nor the customers waiting patiently. The staff was very patient and professional while attending to each customers.
Mall is quite clean and impressive some compare with nearby the mall. I always here . Look good
For staff is ok for me.
The staff were rude and short.
Most of them didn’t understand English.
The fitting rooms close 2 hours before closing!!
The aisles were littered with boxes making it hard to navigate.
Signs on the shelf did not match the items ?
This is your regular Walmart with a large selection of items. Lots of space, no wait at the registers. Clean restrooms
I just had a really messed up experience at this store. So I went to the self-checkout area and two of my items came up the wrong price. I said ‘excuse me’ to the nearest employee/customer service person to get help and this chick (Black chick with a short fade) was extremely rude to me and gave me the stank face like she didn’t want to help me. She rudely told me to hold on and proceeded to continue her conversation with her coworker. Idk what they were talking about but I did say excuse me and..she was at work. Eventually someone else helped me. Then towards the end of my checkout she stood next to me at the register, basically hovered over me to the point that I was very uncomfortable and it caught the attention of at least one other person. As soon as I turned to leave she took over the register like I was in her way and taking too long. I come to this location all the time (and spend too much $) and have NEVER had an experience like this. I’m very upset. If you’re having a bad day, take a few minutes. There is NO EXCUSE for this level of customer service and taking whatever you’re going through out on other people!
