This place has horrible customer service and incompetent managers. I washed my car about a week ago and had this incident at their location. I wasn’t too worried about it because I knew they would fix something they were responsible for. Well, I was in for a surprise. First, they never got back to me about the incident report, and it took me going to the location to get an update. It turns out that they feel they aren’t responsible for the accident because of a “gap” on my bumper. The crazy thing is that I came in with a bumper and left without one. I couldn’t confront the assistant manager because his feeling were hurt, and he felt disrespected. The actual manager was never around, so I didn’t get to talk to him. Overall a very disappointing experience at blue wave. I had been a customer since they opened in the Valley, but I will.never return because of this. Just take this as a warning.
I have been coming here since they opened and loved the vacums because they have good suction. But today one of the roller (wrad) broke my mirror and because of that my door got scratched the manager D.Leal was good about it. He mentioned he would keep up with the incident report and will contact me on the next 2 days I really hope they fix it. I will update my review with the outcome. In the next few days…UPDATE THEY REFUSE TO HELP ME.. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE THEY ARE DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.. I HAD COME HERE SINCE THEY OPENED AND MY FRIENDS AMD FAMILY HAVE USE THIS LOCATION FOR MORE THAN 6 YEARS AND EVEN HAD A MEMBERSHIP.. WE WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS TYPE OF PEOPLE..
And is not even about the money is just that they did even offer any solution they just told that my case was a denial and thats that. I have purchased tow mirrors now and is just hearth breaking that they dont care to offer any solution..
No Air Guns? No Microfiber towels? For how much? $20 a month? Yeah, not worth it. Car isn’t even dry after the car wash, vacuums looks too dirty and rough to be touching my seats. No roof to provide shade so the sun leaves all those dry spots on car. Oh, and don’t expect the car wash to remove dead bugs from the front bumper.
Not fully clean but better than those car washes that where you just park inside and wait, leaving your truck LITERALLY half way clean.
Just seems that the quality of the wash at this particular Blue Wave location is better than the Trenton location that I usually visit
