I was offered to upgrade my membership to Ceramic Duck. I tried it just once and the next day I found very noticeable hard water spots from sprinklers on my car. Before I tried that ceramic coating I also had hard water spots but they weren’t so bad and it was easy to remove them. Maybe it’s some kind of chemical reaction with ceramic. Anyways, I’m changing my package now back to Good and thinking about membership cancellation

Just the basic exterior membership. My car is newer. I bought it brand new in April. I bring it to the car wash at least once a week. Sometimes twice if the bugs are bad or we go on a longer trip. I am pretty disappointed in my experiences. I have brought this up to the people who work there several times now. Every time I bring my car in and get it washed, my car is still dirty when it comes out. Now, I know it’s best to have the car waxed to help with keeping it clean, so I paid the $50+ to have my car waxed at the and even then, when they called me to get my car, it was still dirty even after having it waxed. I pointed out several places all over the car that still had dirt or bugs or marks. I live less than 1 mile from this store and I have used this car wash since long before it was a “Sparkling Image” car wash. I am just not understanding why my car is not getting clean? Why am I paying a monthly fee and bringing my car so often to a place that is not getting it clean? I have asked the check in workers to use the brush on the front to help with bugs and everyone except for one person has refused. The one person even told me that all I had to do was ask and they would be glad to run the brush over the front to help with the bugs before I ran my car through the wash. So far, when I have asked since them, I have been refused that service. It isn’t fair for me to continue to pay for a service from your company that I am actually not receiving. I am not paying for a fun ride through a car wash, I am paying for my car to be cleaned. It is not being cleaned. I run my car through the car wash and then end up going home to clean it myself because the car wash didn’t get my car cleaned.

We have been using this Quick Quack for several months now on our Focus ST and F150. The staff is always very friendly and it never smells gross rolling through like the other washes around town. Love the vacuum area. Always well maintained and have clean towels on deck. If you ever need any additional, it is never an issue for the employees to grab some more!

Got the lucky duck car wash. Fantastic job, super friendly staff. Only thing I was disappointing in was I tried to use the vacuum and went to 3 stalls and was not able to vacuum my floors. Other than that, excellent service!
I went through the automated wash a couple of days ago, and it must have not been working very well that day, because my car still seemed dirty, and whatever coating or soap was used clung to the car and all of the windows have residue and cloudy. For the price I probably won’t go there again.
Canceled my membership, the wash itself usually has at least one broken part every time I went. The vacuums are always malfunctioning and most mornings when I go by early there’s nobody even there when they are listed as being open.
