The vacuum’s crevice cleaner is poorly designed and with such incredibly poor suction, the vacuums are essentially USELESS.

Hometown feel with fantastic results. This has definitely been the best experience I have had at a car wash. For starters the staff is very professional and kind. They take notice of frequent visitors and ensure that your business is appreciated. The car wash itself provides fantastic results. I definitely recommend the ‘#1 The Works ‘, it has yet to disappoint. The amenities speak for themselves from floor mat cleaners to dual sided complementary vacumn. All included in every wash. Prices start around 8 bucks I believe with a detail kit at just 3 dollars (see pics). No hassel and stress trying to choose cleaning kits . Try it and you won’t be sorry.
I took my brand new Kia Carnival to this car wash I haven’t even had it a month it’s brand NEW!!! And their car wash tore off a strip on the top of my car and bent it in the dryer. I let them try fixing it and they admit their machine did it and that they couldn’t fix it and then I get a call from a rude guy named Jordan who doesn’t even want to tell me his name or the bosses name but says there was previous damage so they won’t fix it!
It’s brand new!!! He was extremely rude and me and my entire family are done doing business with them!
I drive a black Mustang I use both locations at least twice a week. It always looks beautiful when I am done. The vacuuming is super fast. It’s great to go anytime I want to go!
Washes my truck well most of the time. Attendant needs to be more diligent about trucks with tow hitches. Stopping the wash cycle mid wash is not good for quality
I drove from out of town to Jonesboro and thought I would get a car wash. Google tells me Tommy’s is the best in town. I purchased the most expensive car wash (I think it was $18.99) and although the car got cleaner from the sides and the back, the front was still pathetic (see picture). Not sure if I would use it again.
