When a customer complains about service it’s your responsibility to put plans in place to address the customer concerns. I’ve listed below a few of the concerns that I’ve encountered.
* Waiting in line for 15 minutes with no movement. My suggestion was to make the customer aware of what’s going on rather than just sit there and have them wondering why the wait. Key to great customer service is communication it’s goes a long way.
* Rude attendants during the car washing process. Remember that I’m a paying customer and to be screamed at by one of your associates is unacceptable. I’m just not going to let that happen. I would assume this has been addressed because I haven’t send the young man in months.
*The incident that happened yesterday was truly unbelievable. It took them about thirty minutes to clean my car after coming out of the wash. I politely asked the cashiers was the gentleman who was cleaning my car new. I stated that I’m not complaining and I appreciate it but about nine patrons have come and gone and I’m still here. Craig then proceeded to come out and blast me stating that’s all I do is complain and I need to get to know Darrin because he’s a great kid. You actually escalated a situation that was not even an issue. I then asked the cashiers to make you aware of what I stated and your response to them was don’t answer him. So now you’re giving your associates the nod to disrespect the customer. Your goal as the General Manager of the facility is to create an environment whereas customers can give you candid feedback on how to better serve them. Remember the service is not free. If the service is not up to par your thought process is we remain silent. Not happening here. I suggest you start to listen to your customers when they complain or give you feedback. Take the feedback and utilize it as a tool to make your operation better. If you utilize the guest feedback and implement processes to address they’re concerns. This will have a positive impression with the guest because they now know you’re listening. When nothing is done to correct they’re concerns you lose customers. Fast, effective, and busy. Whenever I get my car cleaned here I know it will look tip top sparkly clean! Although the lines are long, the wait is usually very short, only about 5 minutes. Employees are located at the pay machines and at the entrance to the wash to guide you. Overall a great value!
No complaints about wash itself, but customer service is lacking to say the least. Nick Dalesandro was not accommodating and rather than trying to solve the situation on hand – right out offered to cancel my membership there and then. Not sure if it’s a best way to keep your customers coming back.
Went here for a car wash. Car wash good. Charged my card TWICE! I called and left a voicemail explaining the situation for the owner/manager to call me back. Simple right, Wrong. Manager or someone does call me back while I’m at work, I can’t answer. Leaves no voicemail, nothing. I called back 3 more times with voicemails and never heard from them again. Keep that extra $15! My calculations, you lost $7200 of my future business, over your lack of customer service. Goodbye Felicia
Super powerful vacuum cleaners and plenty of bays open even during rush hours. The car wash is pretty quick as well and does a great job.
I’ve been coming here since 2017 when I first moved into the area and I’ll continue to go here, I mean I’m so pleased with this location that I haven’t tried a single other carwash since 2017. Their wash(even the cheapest one) usually gets our car completely clean if there’re still spots or two it’s because my car was abnormally dirty which is a me problem and not a them problem. They have an area for taking any bugs or hard to wash debris off your vehicle before going into the carwash machine. What keeps me coming back though is the vacuum cleaner strength!!! Their vacuums are strong not the used to be strong in the beginning but will barely suck up any debris now strength but full lift up your interior carpet while you vacuum over it strong. That lets me get more vacuuming done in less time which is important when you have crumb droppers in your back seat and need to vacuum often. Even when there’s a long line I wait to get in here, this Jet Brite is my favorite and I’m particular about where I wash our cars.
