Just hand wash your car at home. I came here on 5/6/23 at approximately 3:50 pm and got a $15 wash and a receipt for a free wash. Just know I had to immediately use the free wash after my initial wash. I asked for a bug brush and they didn’t have one. They say they had to order another one so I’m guessing they only had one. The customer service was like people who just showed up because they had to be there. The pictures are after two washes! I just feel like I threw away $15. Had to go home and finish washing my car. Update 6/28/22 RocketFast has followed exactly like I predicted, Amerishine down the street increased their prices and it didn’t take long for the greed to spread to Rocket Fast. This car wash like most start off running correctly, then the wear and tear sets in and the greed hits the owners, the quality declines, then the prices increase. NO MORE ROCKETFAST FOR ME! Fairly new and well maintained. You receive a decent car wash although this type of carwash is not good for clear coat paint especially darker colors like black, it will buff swirls into the finish. All these contact type washes do this , there is no way around it. Tuesday is $2.00 off day so it’s great price. They are concerned about damaging your vehicle, so they do power wash the dirt and mud off before you enter the wash and they tape down the rear hatch wiper on SUV’s so the brushes won’t tear it off or damage it. This is the June 2022 update, some of the equipment needs to be replaced, and frequently checked especially the nozzles on the vacuum cleaners, at some have crack from either constantly being stepped on or run over by vehicles none the less this causes loss of suction preventing adequate cleaning and they should be replaced. I didn’t like to lower the 5 star rating, but I feel that if you’re the owner claim to run a tight ship and you should be on top of the maintenance process or at least have your employees or managers do their jobs correctly by regular equipment inspections. I hope this business doesn’t become like other area car washes attempting to make lots of money with minimum equipment repair and maintenance. If things change the five stars will once again be deserved. Update 10/1/2022 Warning this carwash will literally damage your car, rip trim parts and pieces off, scratch and remove paint. Always check the entire exterior of your vehicle before leaving the premises. These new managers will lie and deny any liability for the damages caused by this wore out equipment. The staff were exceptional. My complaint is that over half of the vacuum stations are not working and it’s been like this for a very long time. When is this going to be addressed? On a nice day we have to wait for a functioning vacuum. I have considered canceling my service for this reason.
The staff are super friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The car wash is frequently out of service and only a few vacuum cleaners are typically in working order. When everything is working, it does a fabulous job.
If the scanner would work it would be cool.. Every time I pull up, they have to come out and enter info in manually 😂🤣.. I don’t get mad. I only paid $10 for a month of washes.. Two washes a week… that’s 8 washes a month… who am I to complain… Thanks.. The washes are not A1 but they are what to be expected from an outdated drive thru carwash… The staff is amazing and down to earth… Keep up the great work ladies and guys…
Staff is always very friendly. Quick to get through this car wash. Sometimes I wish that the soap dispensing or the blow drying was a little bit more but my car still gets clean and that’s the main thing thank you so much.
I have the unlimited wash on 2 vehicles. I’ve had it for several years now. It just keeps going more and more downhill. I will be canceling soon. The location I go to is broken down frequently. They have about 20 vacuums, but only about 6 are hooked up, and of those 6 it’s hit or miss on if they work. If they do work they don’t work very well, because they’re almost always clogged up. What also makes me upset is they no longer allow you to use the restroom. I go with my children frequently, and during the course of cleaning the van out someone almost always needs to use the restroom. My children are 4-13, and normally it’s the younger ones that need to go. How are you going to tell me my 4 and 6 year old can’t use your restroom?? Then I’ll have to stop everything, load everyone back up, and find a nearby restroom hopefully before they wet themselves. My advice for the company, fix your equipment so it’s not breaking down all the time, fix your vacuums, and provide a public toilet for your customers! As soon as I have a chance to go back by there I’m canceling my membership.
