9 Oct 22 – I did not call as asked and decided to return because of location to my house and give them another chance. I usually was the truck myself but some health issues are limiting. Purchased the platinum, went thru, drove 1.7 miles home, got out of truck and again disappointed. As I entered the wash, a young lady attempted to spray what I would assume is bug cleaner on the grill and barely got the sprayer on before she had to move out of the way. As I went by, she hit the back on my drivers side mirror. I wish I had better pictures of the hood which of anything should be spotless. White streak down the middle, and along the inner sides of indents. I think the grill speaks for itself. Windshield at bottom between blades and below is still dirty where blades do not hit. 20$ for 2 minutes would think truck would be clean top to bottom. Again sorry pictures are not the greates.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Was promised several times that the car wash was designed to accept light bars and roof racks. Not even halfway through my light bar was ripped off my truck. After getting the run around several times they refused to pay for my roof repair leaving 4 holes in my roof and several dents. Talked with other people who have used mister car wash in the past and they have had the same issue. The car wash damaged their cars and mister denied repair costs. My truck is now in the shop for the next few days and I’m without a vehicle. So not only am I stranded but I’m also having to pay for repairs that they caused out of pocket. All I wanted was the holes repaired but all they offered was a couple free washes. Didn’t even refund the wash that caused the damage. Do not use mister car wash. They do not care.
Update: just got the estimate for repairs. $1500 just to fix the holes and dents in my roof. Not even to replace the light bar and brackets. On top of time away from work and the cost of a rental vehicle.

A normal premium wash is $20 so it was a no brained with summer coming to get the membership. Unlimited washes at all locations. I asked if I could get 3 washes a day and was told I could just make circles through if I wanted.

Premium is $29.99 a month.
Love choosing the most expensive option only for the attendant to put zero effort into actually washing the front of the car. Pictures don’t really do it justice.
I go here often because I subscribe to the monthly Titanium package, which is good at all Mister locations. My car is always clean and shiny. It’s not difficult to modify or cancel the subscription online.
Even though I almost never see the same person twice, the folks working here are friendly and always wave.
The vacuums are powerful and potentially free if you didn’t buy a car wash already (enter through the exit side).
