I have had an account with this facility for years. Since Zips has taken over I have rarely had a car wash where something wasn’t broken in the tunnel, resulting in limited service or functionality. Latest issue is a broken pump which prevents them from using pressure washer to do prep before entering because they are using the same pump for both the pressure washer and the tunnel. The tunnel will have insufficient pressure for cars running through the tunnel if the attendant uses the sprayer to hit the bugs on my car. My brand new car has scuffs along the hood thanks to this location and the manager took zero responsibility for them, after agreeing that they look like something a car wash would cause “except for this center mark”. The cloths they use are not washed correctly and have caused scratches in the clear coat, beyond normal wear-and-tear expected from an automatic wash.
Proceed with caution, it looks like an amazing place to take your car, but it’s just because of their outward presentation.
By Mic V (a month ago)I always intended to try this place but never had the time. Today I decided I had a few minutes to spare so I went in for an exterior/interior wash. I was immediately able to go through the car wash, where attendants were there every few feet to detail my car. The exterior wash took less than ten minutes to wash, wax, and dry the entire vehicle, including the tires. It took about another 15-20 minutes for them to clean the interior, in which they wiped all surfaces and vacuumed all the seats and carpets. I was very happy with the speed of their service and was fully prepared to pay what I thought would be about 70 dollars. Their systems were down so they didn’t accept any payment. Most businesses would have immediately closed their doors once their systems failed, but not this place. They helped each and every single person who stopped by, even knowing they couldn’t get paid for their services. That’s a business that will earn my loyalty. Cruise-In has a customer for life. The lobby even has squirt guns you can shoot passing cars with. With an indoor playground for the little ones, it’s a great place to stop if you need the car cleaned but can’t clear your schedule.By Mason Quirk (a month ago)Dan the manager at least made it right when I called, sent my teen to get the car washed before we left for a trip, and they hadn’t vacuumed the whole car and only whipped the front console a bit not all the doors like the lady told me on the phone for 55. They told us to come back after vacation, they did an alright job, still didn’t while all the doors and windows still had spots on it from the first time.

First two gentlemen came and told me about the Pro 5 auto detailing and I used and loved that service. They were so friendly and answered all my questions. Then Quincy helped me sign into the car wash. She was awesome. I was getting the Pro 5 Plus and she let me know that I could purchase a one month unlimited membership, of which I did. Quincy was so nice and helpful (great customer service) she answered all my questions. She soaped up all sides of my car. I wish all 3 of the employees could get some kind of recognition for their great customer service. The only negative I have is that after spending $25 for the Pro 5 Plus I expect for my car and tires to be thoroughly cleaned yet I still had bug smears on my front bumper and tires not cleaned.
Great customer service. Wash actually got all the red dirt off my Jeep first run through. I now have a membership so I can go multiple times a week.
I am very disappointed with the 20$ car was I did today. I opted to not get a receipt because there was a young man helping me. The whole top of my car including hood and trunk, windshield and back window have dirty streaks on them from the wash plus my windows are still dirty. Will not be going back.
I love this car wash they always do a great job! I’m definitely getting the membership for this coming summer. Their vacuums stay well maintained, and does a great job getting all the dirt suctioned up. Great customer service and everyone has a great attitude and was delighted to help.
Excellent service. I finally stopped procrastinating thoroughly cleaning my car and stopped here. They had a deal to buy one Pro 5 wash for $20, get one free. The basic was is $10 so this was a pretty good deal. After having the car washed, I stopped to vacuum and clean it up. I was pleasantly surprised they provide clean towels, glass cleaner, and multipurpose cleaner. I had brought my own, so I was very happy about this bonus! Plus they have air fresheners! I spent about 3 hours cleaning my car and they were fine with it & helpful. Will be back.
