I’ve given this car wash too many opportunities in hopes of a better end result but I always end up disappointed. I purchased the $20.00 car wash and my car is still very dirty, so disappointing to pay twenty dollars and still end up with a dirty vehicle. An attendant came out and insisted on helping me choose my wash and payment. It’s not hard; I’ve never had any trouble. But he insisted. He couldn’t get my debit card to work and then told me it was no good (worked just find at ATM 10 minutes later). So I dug out a 5 dollar bill and was on my way. Pay $35 for this service thas good to know to never come back againBy Gaby Guzman (4 months ago)I came to get a car wash, and interior vacuuming because I had some dog hair build up I wanted to take care of. But no one told me about the separate package with the “dog hair removal “ option, I was too far back from the board they have to see the options and only did the $20 in and out because that’s what the guy told me would cover what I was asking for;
Upon the guys who started vacuuming (they really didn’t vacuum the back of my car all that well.) One of their cleaners helped themselves to my towel that I keep wrapped up around my bottle of window cleaner I use as needed in my car. When I was looking in my back seat I noticed the bottle was there on my seat but not my towel. I searched a bit while going through the wash and realized they took it.
I waited 15 minutes to talk to a manager, one of the workers who was helping me was understanding and went to go get her 3 different times. eventually she came over and right away just handed me $10 because that’s how much the towel I had cost, otherwise I wouldn’t have asked to speak to a manager. But the worker asked what it looked like an I explained it was a light blue with red stitch trim on the end and one side is a flat and the other was the fiber for the wash and dry. Instantly found it, seeing as none of their towels were even close to what mine looked like.
3 stars because the female manager they had just seemed overly annoyed she had to deal with a problem then didn’t seem to care and just threw out $10 at me and then was done with the situation, not the fact that potentially property of mine was taken from my car, just a towel or not. She apologized for the “mistake” after the other employee walked up and said he found my towel and the employee had it still, she was going to take the $10 back because she thought it was one of their towels until the employee said no this is his towel and told me to take both and that’s when she apologized.
I’m attaching a picture of how I keep the bottle and towel so y’all can clearly see they have to physically unwrap it and such and didn’t just “think it was one of theirs”

Waste of $20. Water spots, dust, streaks all over. I did the bug prep before and scrubbed really well, and chose their highest level of wash. My car had minor road dust and water spots with a few bugs to start, it wasn’t bad. It barely looks like it got washed.
Used to be good (business had a different name) but the last two times have left my vehicle covered in dirty water spots. I basically need another car wash to clean off the residue left by the Rainstorm Car Wash. Or you just end up having to hand wash/wipe the whole vehicle anyway.
My car was dirty and I needed it washed. A great experience! I was in and out in no time with a clean car. The price for a wash was fair and reasonable. I will be coming back.
PEDRO HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Always explains in detail when my wife and I have any questions or when there is any confusion. He goes above and beyond for his customers. Pedro deserves a raise!!! I have personally seen him cleaning and taking out garbage to keep location looking neat! PEDRO IS THE MAN!
