I found out about this car wash when I first moved to Lansing over 13 years ago. Now that I am back after over 6 years this is the only place I come to get a quick and quality interior a exterior clean. They have been consistent and do a good job quickly. The guys and gals handling the cleaning and detailing are always nice and professional. This will always be my go to as long as I’m in the Lansing area. Best times are early morning or evening. Their long lines are proof their work is quality.
Purchased the $25 service. Plus $4 tip. Employees were professional and polite. Outside wash was great inside was terrible like they didn’t even try. I didn’t have time to go back because I was hitting the road for an out of town funeral. I’ve been going to Kwik’s for years but this is unforgivable.
I have been coming here since 1994. Although I do like to detail cars, even my own, I like to come here for all the outside of the car services. Jamal is my favorite detailer! Everyone here is nice and professional! I usually come here once a week or every other week. Lol.
Awesome car wash. They will hand clean and hand dry with towels. I have never got any scratches or issues. The same price as your normal gas station that frequently scratches your shiny paint. Best part is that you can watch your car going through the whole process.
Update: the manager reached out and got us back in several weeks later. While it would have been nice to have it done right the first time, it was at least acknowledged that they hadn’t done their best and effort was made to fix it. Re-rated at 4 stars for the final product.
We brought my vehicle in for a full detail. While the turnaround was great, the final result was less than satisfactory. Some areas are dirtier than when it was delivered to them. The inside of the windshield is streaky and they didn’t clean off sticker residue, the rear gate frame wasn’t touched, the wheels look no cleaner than at drop off, and there’s a bunch of speckled stuff splashed all over the head liner. Kneeling on the still-damp carpet showed that the floors are still somewhat dirty. I feel like we paid for a rudimentary clean and they they liberally sprayed a shiny, greasy protective spray on every surface. I could have received equal results at half the price at a dealership.
