Truly, truly impressed with the work ethic and quality of the employees and establishment at Royal T car wash. Today, Chris served me at the wash tunnel. I used a gift card and got pretty much the most basic wash I could. I wanted a higher tier wash but because of the fluid film on my SUV I could not get the undercarriage option. Chris offered a solution by being able to manually add whatever extras that I really wanted and still sticking with the low tier wash which was super helpful. Before the wash even started he took his time applying the wheel cleaner, and giving my car a really good presoak/ foam brush which is usually standard at a carwash but he really took his time… It didn’t take too much time, but it took long enough to show that he cared and was invested in me getting a quality wash. Usually in today’s world you’d have to tip someone an extra $100 to make them invest in quality service especially at a carwash… But evidently at Royal T quality and service is second nature no matter what the price.

Touchless, self cleaning and automobile 🚗 cleaning service available. Vacuums available but are right in front of the exit to the carwash. Staff member was outside organizing the traffic. Reasonable prices. Undercarriage wash was short. Dryers okay. My car 🚗 looked a lot better. “Not easy being clean!”.
If you don’t mind waiting. Towels available for touch up drying the outside of your car.I recommend this business for the touchless.
Update: Sunday morning 🌅, March 2022; new touchless system installed. Undercarriage wash has sprayers on the side. Prices are higher.

We brought both cars (2014 Honda Civic and 2009 Volkswagen Jetta) this morning and both were completed by end of the day.My husband’s car was pretty clean already but my Civic was full of stains and was dirty. They said they removed some of the stains, but I was very impressed when I got into my car. Stains that were there for years were all gone, car was clean and got a free car wash as well. They also informed me one of my windshield wipers was broken and put a plastic cover on it. Wonderful service. Husband’s car looked awesome too, leather seats smelled brand new!
We were both impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, and would strongly recommend them to anyone in search of car detailing. Especially parents to be! ❤️

I would definitely recommend this business to anyone. they even give you a small gift bag with a nice chamois cloth and it. Thank you!The only small piece of feedback I have for them would be, when cleaning the shifter on the consul to pull it all the way back in low gear. When the shifters in park, you don’t see any grime, when you pull it back into drive or low you can see where they forgot to clean. No biggie! Thank you so much! 😊

This place lost my vehicle registration. And of course denied the whole thing, not only that but when I called to ask about it the people there were rude. I would not recommend this place at all. What I can’t stand is the consistent up sell! Not once have I gone there and not gotten the upsell pitch! Today was no different however the hispanic buddy before me nothing! It’s to the point I will do my own oil changes just so I don’t have to hear the BS. Today they wanted an extra $240 after spending $124 on an oil change that would cost $50 in materials. I understand your running a business but my actual mechanic doesn’t charge that much for an oil change and they do not attempt the upsell! Any one can say and create fear in the unknowing but really! I brought my big muddy truck in after a long day of off roading. I talked to Matt for a little while and he talked me into the full service wash and I am so glad he did so. My truck looks as good as it ever has all thanks to Matt and his handsome face. Thank you Matt!
I come thru every Sunday cause Matt’s always workin that day. He remembers my name and even remembers my dogs name. Service is exceptional and he is handsome as well. Love it when employees go the extra mile for their customers. Chris G valid too but he doesn’t know my dogs name
