It seems like a lot of people leaving negative reviews are expecting a detailer level of cleanliness from a drive through car wash. This is a drive through car wash that cleans your car in a couple minutes, set your expectations appropriately. I like that they have an undercarriage option which is nice to get rid of the salt brine after snow. For what it is, it’s one the best car washes in town where you can wash your vehicle automatically. For $10, you can get the Express and leave your car spotless. However, one of the complaints I have for the more expensive options is the things they advertise. The tire shine is spotty, it’ll apply to some portions of the tire but not all. Same thing with the underbody wash, not sure if it does a thing. However, the inside of the car wash is a fun thing as there’s different colors and lights going off. Another positive is that the car wash has free vacuums and air blowers to use. The air blowers are pretty strong and you can use it to get some remaining water off your car. I noticed at least two of the soap dispensers trying to spit out soap but was so clogged it couldn’t even reach the car, and as you can see a good third or more of my vehicle wasn’t even touched.I tried to call them immediately afterwards, and got nothing but voicemail. I know I won’t be going back.
For reference, these photos were taken maybe an hour after getting the car wash, and I wish I had taken them while we were still in the parking lot.

First and foremost the attendant on duty …Austin is amazing he is a lifesaver. My husband left his wallet with all of our money in the dog wash station. Not to mention cards and license. I have lived in the Spanish Springs area for about 15 years. And have used this location multiple times. My last two visits have been sub par. The first sub par visit was because I paid for a premium wash & only got their basic wash. The attendant was successful in making sure that I got the wash that I paid for, at that time. I decided to give them another try and went back there yesterday. I found that their prices had risen. I don’t have a problem with price raises as longas I get what I’m paying for. Thirteen dollars for a premium wash, as it is advertised, is not unreasonable to me. What is unreasonable is the fact that I had to wash my car at my house after paying said thirteen dollars. I would be more understanding if I would have taken my car four wheeling through the desert and had a bunch of gunk on my car. That is not the case here. The only problems I had on my car had to do with the recent bout of thunderstorms that we’ve had in this area. My windows still had water spots after my “premium” car wash. How can a car wash be deemed “premium ” when it cannot deal with something as simple as rain spots on windows. They have an automatic carwash, there are also 3 manual carwash bays for $3.00 a wash. There are vacuums for a dollar 🪙💵for about 4 mins. Both stations accept dollars, quarters AND credit🙆♀️ cards!!!
People can take their dogs for a bath🐾 too, and some people were stopping by during my visit. Unfortunately they were really aggressive and snippy at the manager because they wanted their way at getting their dogs in for a wash when the station for dog washes closes at 4:00pm on Sundays.
It was kind of annoying listening to grown adults argue 🙄and throw a tantrum at the manager about how they were going to report him to the owner, and all this right in front of their children (future Karen’s in the making in my opinion). 🤦♀️As if the manager shouldnt have a life just because people showed up late on a 🤷♀️ Sunday when most businesses close early.

The machines always work as they should and the attendant is always helpful. The machines replaced in the last year are a huge improvement over any other touchless wash I’ve been to.A quick rinse/dry option would be great for like a $4 option.

It’s my favorite car wash ever. I’m a car enthusiast and have tried many washes. This place has quality upkeep! never had a problem in the last 4 years, spray options has a lot to offer including a dryer and wax option. The scrubber is always clean and in great condition. I highly recommend this place if you love your vehicle and enjoy that one on one time
The wave car wash is by far the best in all our Sierra Nevada region. You can bring your large vehicles RVs Trailers and they have several options for example the drive through soft touch” The Works” & the soft touch 7$ wash are our personal favorite and we’ve tried all of them! Clean, affordable and never extremely busy even during summer hours it is 10 wait at the most.
Great place to get your vehicle washed. I bought a wash card and depending on the amount of money you put on the card, you get extra free washes. I use the auto car wash and it does a good job getting my pickup clean. They have numerous car washes located around the city too.
Always liked this car wash but the old man attendant is rude. He yelled at me for washing the bed of my truck out. There was nothing major in there, just some seeds from a tree in my yard. He said I can’t wash my bed there. There’s no signs posted about this. The signs says no excessive mud and no grease. The bed has none of that. Overall good carwash but that old man’s needs a talking to or fired. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
We used the car wash where you stay in your car and run it through. It was the max for $12.00 and worked exceedingly well. I definitely recommend it and will be going back
