I can’t understand how you charge me top dollar for the ceramic wash and some of the brushes inside of the car wash are not working and the tire shine never works!! Why do you keep charging me full price for a car wash that doesn’t work? When I brought my concerns up with the attendant Tavis, he was the most friendly and polite gentleman. The worst experience. Something hit my windshield in the wash and broke it. The employees were excellent in filing a report and taking pics. Said the manager would call me on Monday. Nothing, so I went in. The manager was a joke telling me there was no proof it happened in his car wash and it was my problem not his and he was going to talk to his employees because they shouldn’t have said anything. Horrible. Horrible horrible. I have since talked to others with similar experiences. Many having said their mirrors torn right off.
Don’t use this car wash. It’s not IF but WHEN your car will get damaged here.

There was no integrity whatsoever with the manager. Blaming me and his employees (who btw were awesome and far more mature and honest than the manager) with this incident.
Never will I support a business of this kind.

FIVE STARS!By Dustin Harrison (a month ago)I really wish it did a more thorough job drying the car off at the end, and that their containers with drying cloths actually had cloths in them more often, but overall it’s pretty good.EDIT: In response to the owner, the issue is not that hard water spots stay on my car through the wash – the wash does a perfectly acceptable job getting my car clean. The issue is that the car is still quite wet after I come out, and there are rarely towels available to finish drying it off (maybe 5-10% of the time). I’ve had to start bringing my own, or else I have to drive away wet and then have a bunch of spots by the time I get home.

Went through 2 times and they still couldn’t get my windshield clean. Also my side windows were not clean. For almost 30.00 ceramic wash you would think it’s better or worth the money.
Brought my truck to the wash and was greeted by Yahier. Strange name but awesome guy he got me checked in and was on my way! Loved how it left my car squeaky clean and shiny like the day i bought it. 10/10 would recommend!

This quick quack is in ROUGH shape. It’s probably due to poor management or not enough support from the corporate level. The car wash was underwhelming, (granite I did get the cheap one, so maybe I just paid for water & automated brushes. So maybe the play is to get the most expensive wash) I say that because after a wash it barely removed any of the car window markers I had on my back windshield. Upon going to the vacuums, that’s where I noticed it was in bad shape. Most the vacuums don’t work, and several are just unplugged and laying on the ground. I saw several people other then myself, park & then have to drive to another spot with working vacuums. This location could really use a tune up. Maybe they missed a schedule maintenance or something, or it could be negligence. Initially there were no towels available for use, but after myself & another gentleman went and told staff they were low on towels, one young man employee, brought out towels to restock. We appreciated that prompt service. Seems like most of the problems are with upper management putting off maintenance.
UPDATE: the owner reached out to me personally, and took care of the damage. I’m changing my rating to reflect this.
Initial review: The brush that rolls along the cars caught both of my side mirrors, pushing them forward breaking my passenger side mirror. The kid that I reported it to said they don’t take responsibility for broken mirrors. My car is a 2016 Chevy Traverse with all factory installed mirrors. NEVER have this problem at the Bountiful & Woods Cross locations. Thanks for the expense, Quick Quack. I pay a lot of money to be an unlimited member. It’s sad they don’t look after their customers.
