Dirt spots not cleaned and the windshield still had dead bug spots on it. This was their high end wash that included everything. Not happy and do not recommend. After driving from Iowa I decided to try out my friend’s local car wash as he happens to know the owner and wow did it do a great job. The automatics use AUTEC’s “In bay express” concept where you drive through application arches, making the time you are actually sitting in the wash much quicker. Most of the time there is someone there making sure the wash bays are clean and free of mud also was very happy to see they upgraded their card readers a few months ago.By Adan (2 months ago)We took a brand new car into one of the automatic bays didn’t notice it was a combination touch less and soft touch. I generally only do touch less after several different mishaps with soft touch. They have a sign but not very noticeable at least I didn’t see it but my wife saw one on the passenger side.
I should have left but didn’t, as it was after we paid that we noticed it.
I retracted the mirrors in and went in stopped where we were supposed to then put the car in park and turned off the engine everything went fine until the touch less became soft touch we heard a bang as the brushes paused my wife said one of the heavy flaps from the top was wrapped around the mirror so we couldn’t see the mirror because of the brush material. We looked around for what caused the noise and couldn’t see anything due to soap and water, that could have caused it. Finished the rinse and left not even waiting for the dry cycle so we could check things out and see if anything was broken off in the bay. We then notice the passenger mirror was no longer retracted but pushed alway forward. As the mirror was just about ripped off.
We tried to talk to the attendant but he seemed only to speak Spanish and he gave use the managers number. After forwarding pictures to him of the issues we left. We went to the dealership we bought the vehicle from to see if the could help.
That $15.00 dollar car wash is going to cost us over a thousand dollars. When I got back to the manager the bottom line is they said nothing was wrong with their equipment as far as they could see in a video recording it was just one of those things. Here have some free car washes to make up for it.
I would have even accepted splitting my deductibles with them. But they they didn’t even offer that but hiding behind use at own risk.
So no I will not recommend them and I tell everyone the same as I just put here. “Here’s what happened to use you decide what you want to do.”
For I would rather drive across town than to use this company again. I’ll even check to see who actually owns different car washes to make sure that I don’t go to any other car washes they may own under different names.

I frequent this car wash. Originally there was an auburn haired lady manager and the place was perfect.. As time went on vacuum’s wouldn’t work and half the staff just didn’t give a squat. Today a smart girl by the name Ellie went beyond a normal customer service experience I just had to say something. She was friendly, professional and offered to help with things. Not just me but for 5 others vacuuming and drying off. I hope she stays and moves up through the ranks if that’s what she wants. She’s a pretty smart person and her integrity is something I don’t see anymore. Just happy to help.
I was kind of nervous because I’d never been here before and didn’t know what to do — but Ellie was amazing! She helped us know what kind of car wash to get (Ceramic is so worth it!) and guided us through. Seriously — our car hasn’t been this shiny since the day we bought it! And I’ve been amazed at how it seems to stay clean longer, too. We’ll need to bring our other car here, too!
Even when the line is backed up it’s still pretty fast to get in and out. The monthly passes are well worth it in the spring and summer. I have the Good Wash one and only 2 washes paid itself.
The employee, (sorry I don’t remember your name) was very helpful in making suggestions to me and was pleasant to talk to. I took in my car that has been broken down in the driveway for two years, and did not expect the wash to get 2 years of dust off the car, but it did an amazing job! I would recommend this place, I drove away with a sparkly car.
I had no issues with the vacuums either, overall a pleasant experience.
I am enjoying this Quick Quack location. The customer service that Kate gives is amazing! I really love how she gives information on how to go through the wash. Great job Tooele!
