I got stuck in a blizzard over night. I used the card reader without reading reviews. Had it charge 2 15$ charges and had to contact superwash hq. They had the owner get back to me and I was informed there is a STOP BUTTON ON THE CARD READER MACHINE it’s not just the stop on the switch you have to switch the switch to stop to stop the water pump, then there is a stop button on the card reader from what I was told. I did not notice a stop button on the card reader machine but I could have missed it. I was stuck and passing through had to spray out a snow packed engine bay and 2 inch ice off the wheel from the car being stuck on 94’s median for the whole blizzard. Be sure to switch it to stop then press stop on the reader. Or the reader will keep going until it times out at 15$.
DO NOT use the card reader if you feel like paying less than a minimum of $15 per swipe. It’s an absolute scam and should definitely tell you about that. Otherwise it’s an alright place
Decent little car wash. There are some comments on how the card reader operates. I initially had thought I was overcharged for a couple washes but the fifteen dollar charges adjusted to their correct amounts. If you’re worried about the card readers maybe use cash.
Hot water in the self-service bays in the wintertime is a must! Crossroads has it figured out. What is your excuse superwash?
It has a good drive thru car wash, ultimate wash $11.00
