2 months agoSo I had the absolute pleasure of coming across Alexis Howell, Realtor with Elite Sales Team of kw Chervenic. Now, I had not bought a house in many years, and I shuddered at the thought of encountering some pushy sales type approach. However, I was blown away by the professionalism and efficiency that this Realtor brought to our first meeting. Alexis was on point with reading my needs and walked me through the house buying process step-by-step to the very end. And when things were starting to go disarray during the closing period, Alexis assumed exemplary action and advocated for what was only the most moral and ethical course of action. I have to say this Realtor exceeded my expectations. After searching the market for about a year, I had already come across quite a few Realtors, but no one could come close to this art of professionalism and genuine caring.I would also be remiss if I did not extend a warm thanks to the entire Elite Sales Team!
