    I am very happy with my experience with The LaBrada Group. I have a property for rental and it is my first time being a landlord so I needed help renting out my property. After meeting with their staff for an initial consultation, I was impressed by their professionalism and decided to hire them right away. They have not let me down.     I was living there with another portorty management which was sold to la brada and I which I give my notice they had send me my receipt of how much I was going to get back ack from my deposit which it stated a amount and when the time time for my deposit return they took away two hundred dollars supposedly they used it to polish the floor I don’t think it was right of you guys to use the renters deposit to polish the floor no matter where in the contract it said they were going to take away two hundred dollars which when I called Martin he didn’t know how to respond and said he didn’t to talk to his manger regarding it if there was an option of given this company a no star I will because I don’t think this company treat there renters the way they should be treated

    Pretty unprofessional responses to other poor reviews. Petty comebacks vs professionalism. Leasing agents lack knowledge of properties they show. Will pull application at the drop of a hat. Be careful. Let’s see what petty response I get.

    My wife and I decided to use Stellar Real Estate Group to sell our home based on a recommendation from a family member, and I’m so glad we did. Aaron Stel did an amazing job. He created a plan to get our home ready to sell. He brought in a team of really great contractors and did a variety of upgrades including painting, new carpet, window coverings, lighting and deep cleaning, all at very good pricing. Aaron handled the scheduling of all this work and had our home sold in about a month. The whole process was super smooth and easy. Aaron’s communication was top notch.     I noticed Aaron’s sign one day while I was walking. There was an open house in my neighborhood and I stopped by and met Crystal. She was very nice and professional. She told me she would be in touch once we were ready to sell. Being this was my first contact with any broker/agent, I felt a comfort level . We we were moving out of state and not knowing where to start. After our first appointment with Aaron and Crystal m, we both knew this was probably a win win for us all. About 6 months later we were ready to put our house on the market. From our very first visit to our last conversation, Aaron and his team were very professional and know the business well. The process was 99% seamless from Aaron’s team. And not to forget Ryan. He was absolutely amazing. My best means of communication is email and text and he was right there for me. If you’re looking to sell or buy, Don’t hesitate. Go with the PRO’s. Team Stellar! I give them 10 stars even though the max reviews is 5. Great Job Aaron and Team.     I cannot recommend Ryan Card from Stellar Real Estate enough! He went above and beyond to help us purchase our dream home from two states away. Despite the distance, Ryan made the entire process seamless and stress-free for us.

    One of the things that impressed us most about Ryan was his willingness to do video walkthroughs of the properties we were interested in. His videos were incredibly detailed and gave us a great sense of what the homes were like, as if we were there in person. This saved us a lot of time and money, as we didn’t have to make multiple trips to see the homes in person.

    Ryan also had fantastic connections in the industry, which helped us tremendously during the home inspection process. He recommended a fantastic inspector who was thorough and caught issues that we would have otherwise missed. Ryan also had great connections for roof repairs and was able to recommend a reliable and affordable company to fix a couple roof leaks.

    Throughout the entire process, Ryan was professional, responsive, and always had our best interests at heart. He truly made us feel like we were his only clients, even though we know he had many others. We would absolutely work with Ryan again in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you, Ryan, for making our dreams come true!
