This place is AWESOME! I have never been anything less than ecstatic about the quality of service. Fast, friendly, and clean. Best car wash around. They did an excellent job in cleaning my vehicle. Leaves my car shining every time.

They shouldn’t even get one star!! I left my car on morning and collected after 5pm and told them to proper clean but car was only little vacuumed. They didn’t know how clean car and how it should looks. They can’t clean inside and outside as well. Never more and never recommend!!! Not worth any pence!!!
We’ve been using Car Heaven for 6/7 years and the staff have always done a lovely job on both of our cars. However, I went today (haven’t been in a while), paid £30 for it to be valeted but it was nowhere near a good job as usual. The mats were dirty, inside the doors were covered in splatter marks (they weren’t dirty to start with) and the cup holders hadn’t been cleaned – to name a few. Not sure if the car wash has changed hands recently but I won’t be going back again.
We use to always come here to get our car cleaned and have had no issues but today we asked for the usual one that we go for which is £25 and they said we need to pay an extra £15 because we have had a dog in the car and the entire time they was cleaning it they was complaining about the dog hair but it wasn’t even that bad. They was unprofessional throughout the whole process so I’m extremely upset, wouldn’t recommend to anyone and will not be returning. They should put on the price board it’s extra if you have pets because it’s not fair suddenly having an extra charge thrown at you last second. It’s never been a problem before having some dog hair in the car but all of a sudden it is.
