3 months agoWaste of money..I used it for several times and chosen the triple foam wash, despite this on each occasion once the car has dried up I have noticed it was not washed properly especially on the lower sides, the rims and on the car boot handle. Last time I explained to the guy with the lancet to wash it properly on the sides….but he did not understand basic English…so the car was still dirty and because my frustrations build up I had to go back and they washed it again…but useless7 months agoAt this time of year it’s difficult to keep any car clean, but dirt is highlighted on white cars. Took my car for a ‘Pro Shield’ wash and valet. The valet was done by a chap called Mark, who was very thorough. The valet took around 20 – 25 minutes, leaving the car looking very clean. I’ve left off one star because it seemed that the cleaning cloth used for the windows was also used for the bodywork. That aside, the car looked immaculate.2 months agoVery bad service received with alot of attitude and the car was was not even clean. You can see from the reviews its the same problem. There is zero customer service and so much attitude that they might as well not bother. When you visit a place where a service is being offered you would think you would be spoken to in a polite manner and have no attitude given to you. Now this being a car wash so your car is treated care and the service that you pay for is provided. So they would have you come back again but this is not the case Seems like the wash is set at a very fast speed. They didn’t even use the brush on the front or rear of the car to remove the flies and the bugs. My car still had dirt on the body and wheels. Cannot believe someone is that rude to a client! Lucky for that old man I’m not like him and had my kids in the car but sure will complaint further. Never coming back!

Bad experience.
They don’t have the scanner to read the pre-paid wash using their app, so I had to start arguing with the employee to get my wash and showing him the receipt. He accepted but as doing me a favour..
I paid for the ultra HD service, that includes everything. After that, the car is still showing dirty spots and specially the wheels are very badly cleaned. Nothing expected when you are paying for the most complete service.
Very disappointed with the service, I wouldn’t recommend it and I will not repeat.
Employee extremely rude!
Asked for £25 mini valet. He rudely responded it’s not £25, I look at your car then decide how much it is!
After they had cleaned my car, there was dirty marks all inside my car. When I told them his response was “this isn’t a full valet!”
So the mini valet consists of just a hoover and a quick wipe down of the dashboard apparently, £25 for that ?!
At the end he sarcastically ask me “you happy now?!” I said “it’s ok I guess” to which he looked at me and said something on his own language and walked off..

I bring all my customers cars here and I decided to purchase the service to have the tyres dressed.
When I come out of the car wash I had pre payed for the tyre dressing and I got out and noticed the staff member was dressing the tyres whilst they were still wet.
As having experience in valeting I know the tyres should be dried before applying the dressing otherwise it won’t last like it should. When I asked the staff why isn’t he drying the tyres before applying the dressing he replied i have to pay £7 to have the car dried. I then said I don’t want it dried I just want the tyres dressed. If you offer an additional service to dress the tyres as a paying customer I expect it to be done correctly and professionally. I do not recommend this service if this is the way they do it. You can see in the picture which I took 30 minutes after driving the car away that the dressing does not last when appplied to wet tyres.
Very sad to give this review. I have used this place before and been happy but on this occasion my car was left covered with dry soap (a bit like washing powder). Unfortunately, I didn’t notice until I got home so didn’t immediately return. When I went back to show them, the attendant was very rude, tried to imply I was lying and suggested it had fallen from the sky. Another customer even got involved, saying they were good guys, as if I was the problem. Only when I attempted to leave and said I would put in a complaint, did he offer to wash it again. It came out a lot better. However, the whole experience was very unpleasant and I wished I hadn’t bothered going back. I won’t be using this place again.
I took my car to this carwash last week and I can honestly say it has been the best experience I have had.
The guys were friendy and my car was immaculate. I will definitely be going back. Thanks guys
