3 months agoPreviously been to the transit way branch and had bad experience with the company due to the car was snapping the antenna of the roof and having to really fight to get it repaired. Finally decided to come to this branch after not using the company for just under a year. Wish I didn’t, recently purchased a new car and needed to get it cleaned due to the summer bugs that cover the cars in this time of year. I used the £13 ultra HD wash and was very disappointed to see that the windscreen looked like it hadn’t been touched aswell as other parts of the car. Also to find that various parts of body work had been damaged with scratches across the roof, front bumper and wings, also to find chipped paint on front bumper and bonnet. I live on a tree lined street so are any given time my car is covered in leaves, sap or the offerings of the local birds! This is a good semi-automated car wash that allows a quick and easy way to keep your car clean enough. Haven’t used the valet or additional options. The attendants are always polite and efficient and I repeatedly use this car wash, which nicely doubles of 5 mins of entertainment for the toddler!
Took my car for a mini valet. The staff were very helpful. Called back for it in an hour…..spotlessly clean inside and out. Would definitely recommend.
Sorry to say not a fan. The car was not dry on completion of wash. Consequently the car dried streaky. That said, it is a good wash for for the price, shame about the poor drying.
Requested a top wash, paid for the top wash, but then put through at the wash below this. Not good at all, so be careful when using and watch what wash they put you through on. 😤
Cleaned some of the dirt off my car but very expensive seeing as it wasn’t actually fully clean when I came out.
Upon contacting customer services with some photos, I was given a voucher for the car to be rewashed, which I will use, but I won’t be paying for another wash here.
