I have never used car wash as I was washing my cars myself.
On Saturday 30 of July, being busy I decided to pop in for the car wash next to Morrisons in Aberdeen.
After car wash I went in to Morrisons and when I came out, the car had dried and the sight was heartbreaking. Body of the car was all in watermarks as it would not be washed at all. Alloy wheels got damaged clear coating with some being completely matt.
Went back to car wash to sort this out. Manager at the car wash was not helpful at all, even daring to question wether alloy wheels are genuine or not. Tried to mask damaged coating with wet wax, which obviously is not solution. Then advised to call the number on the card, I believe area manager. Did not get any help as well as he was away from Aberdeen so I got left with what I got.
Have spent 4 hours polishing the alloys to get the shine back as I would not let any one from Splash to deal with the wheels due to unprofessional attitude.
At no point did not hear any attempt to apologise for inconvinience caused.
Quantity over the quality. If you wash three cars at the same time and let the wheel cleaner dry, it will damage customers wheels. Educate your staff properly!
AVOID!!!! Got my car valeted here and one panel was left water maked and a more dull compared the rest. Returned when I noticed and was met with an extremely hostile response. The staff refused to take any accountability and the 3 men who came over were quite aggressive, unsure if they are like this with male customers also. Females – I would advise you to use a different car wash as I definitely wouldn’t feel safe returning here. Messaged the Instagram page and was told I’d get a call which never happened. Spend your money elsewhere.
They sprayed my entire car with wheel acid, now all my plastics are ruined. The acid was too strong and it has corroded my alloys.

Ive used splash a couple of times recently. They do a grand job, I pick “The usual” wash for a tenner. Hand wash, tyres cleaned, car hand dried. Great service!
Overpriced. Definitely not worth the money. Usually it’s £10 for mini valet, here it’s £25. Workers are nice but the manager type, tall African guy is very rude with a bad attitude and way of talking. Won’t be visiting again. They told me to wait in waiting room, they went through the contents in my boot but didn’t hoover it. Poor service. So many other better car washes in Aberdeen
