Took a full hour to get my car washed. No enthusiasm or rush from anyone to get the cars done even though they’d put the closed barrier up behind me. Boy was looking at his phone the whole time not even looking if he was actually cleaning the car. Really expensive compared to previous owners and not even half as good. Won’t be back7 months agoUsed to use this car wash when it was called Envy. Went today, arrived at 3pm with 3 cars in front of me and took 50 minutes to get to the front. Unfortunately the guy was on his phone constantly, chatting with a colleague and/or leaning on his hose. Wasn’t interested in trying to clean the cars quickly or anything remotely close. Got to the front to find out cash only so politely declined and after almost 1 hour, no clean car.a year agoThe last 3 times I’ve used the car wash on Woodmill Rd, usually top marks , but have notice lately standards have lowered drastically, yesterday was the last straw , I always get gold wash with tyre shine , yesterday got home car was all streaky and tyres looked like they had never been touched , but I did see him putting stuff on them but it couldn’t have been tyre shine , don’t think I’ll be back , save myself £8.50 per week6 months agoWow. I delivered demonstrator cars as a part-time job for 3 years and must have visited well over 100 different hand car washes throughout the uk. This was the first one that did not lift the wiper blades front or back, you could see where they had not wiped the car and the first not to dry the car. Poor job and not cheap.

I paid £12 for the full HD car wash to remove all the sap and road debris from the car. When I got home and checked the car a lot of the sap and debris were still on the roof and rear corners of the car.
I would highly recommend this car wash, always made my car look lovely. 1 car worker who no longer works there scratched the front of my car, the owner buffered my car to get scratches out and wow what an amazing job he has done. He has been really nice & amazing with me.
Always used this car wash now I highly recommend you STAY WELL CLEAR THIS PLACE angel the fat guy is nothing but thief I ask him to do 35 pound valet he blew me off for weeks, when he finally clean my car it was like he cleaned it with water it definitely was a waste off my money also I left some belongings in my car along with my wallet that I forgot in my car when returning to imo car wash I noticed my wallet was MISSING, I went to the office to see it on the counter Angel said he removed it from the car in case I came back for it my money that was in my wallet was missing along with my lose change. That I had in the car this man’s a thief and shouldnt have removed my wallet from the car will not be back
